I went there on Monday at 3:15, as I saw the hours were from 10:30 - 6. There was a sign on the door saying they were opening at 4. My mom and I were standing outside and saw 2 workers there, and they did not acknowledge us or explain why they were opening unusually late as this was not even posted anywhere online. We decided to wait in the car until 4pm. At 3:40, all of the lights were off and the "opening at 4pm" sign was taken off of the door as seen in the picture. We then saw the workers walk out of the store. The hours posted claim they were open until 6, and then they randomly decided to tell people they were opening at 4 and then never open the store to begin with?

Two attempts to see someone to fix my glasses and they are closed at 6pm.... Google says they work by 6:30pm, schedule on their door confirmed it...
Is there a management? Do they care? Are you aware that you can change your hours on your website and your door so your customers are not wasting time driving?

It's been over a month and I still haven't received my glasses or even a call with updates. I was given multiple promised pickup dates that kept getting pushed back, which is extremely frustrating. I was also pressured to buy through this location instead of going elsewhere, and the customer service was disappointing overall. I would not recommend this Visionworks based on my experience.

Hours are not accurate. Called yesterday to confirm they would be open today to pick up my glasses and was told they are open until 6:30pm. Showed up today (Saturday) at 2pm and they are closed.

Very unprofessional staff. I was going to be late by a mere 3 minutes. We called them to let them know and were told that if we come later than the 3 minutes we won't be taken in. I had to park the car in the middle of the road and my wife had to run in. We were then kept waiting for 20 minutes.
On our subsequent visit with my daughter, we reached a few minutes early but were kept waiting for 30 minutes. I very nicely told the office manager about our first experience and she said that the doctor's time is valuable. Apparently mine is not.
She said they would not have said that they would turn someone away if they are a few minutes late and asked who told her that. I told her it was her but she refused to believe it.
