Danada Vision Center

I recently purchased a pair of glasses at Danada Vision Center and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff helped me choose the perfect frame in a professional, non-pushy way, and Jamie was especially helpful throughout the process. Dr. Birch took the time to explain every step of the eye exam clearly, which I really appreciated. Knowing I needed my glasses quickly, they even expedited the shipping. I received my new glasses promptly, and the quality is outstanding--I'm truly delighted with them. I'm so satisfied that I've already placed an order for a second pair!

They were great last year. I've been trying to call and make an appointment for days. No one answers, and no one responds to my voicemails. I will be looking for a new vision center.

I was disappointed to learn that Bryan is no longer at Danada, but the two ladies who assisted me were both friendly and professional, making the experience smooth and pleasant. As always, Dr. Burch remains as knowledgeable and trustworthy as when I first began seeing him over a decade ago. I continue to feel confident that my eyes are in excellent hands!

Top notch clinic. Excellent customer service and eye exam followed by helpful hints in picking out suitable frames. I have to wait a couple of weeks for them to come back but that's normal. They processed my insurance no problem. I also thought the office itself had an unusually homey, comfortable feel. Only drawback is that the building is not well marked for being on a very busy street in Wheaton. Be careful in that regard.

I've been coming here for years. The staff is always helpful, appointments are timely and a great selection of glasses. Highly recommend.

I've been coming to see Dr Burch for something like 20 years. The exam services are very thorough. Dr Burch is very good about walking through all the findings. Even as a retiree with no vision plan benefit from work, I plan to continue to see Dr Birch for my annual vision checkup.

First time patient at DVC. At 52 years old, I decided to try contacts for the first time. Dr. Burch and his staff were patient, thorough and supportive throughout the process. After trying a couple different brands and levels of corrective lenses, Dr. Burch found the perfect ones for me. I'm glad that I went the contact route. No more reading glasses to carry around! Showed up early for the appointment and was taken back after a few minutes which was nice. Thorough exam for glasses and contacts along with answering my questions. I was unsure if I could wear contacts since I wear progressives and have a stigmatism. I would suggest Danada Vision Center over anyone else. Two years ago I went with a place in Danada and the folks there stated I would never be able to wear contacts again. After my eye exam, the staff had my insurance information printed out and she was fluent with what was allowed along with rebates. She gave me multiple options along with prices so I could decide which way to go.
