Not only did Dr. Gupta let me vent my frustrations about my eyes with genuine concern, but she responded in such a kindness that I was moved to tears (I was feeling helpless by the time I got to her!). She provided me explanations, information, and options. She was extremely thorough and answered any and all questions I had. I cannot begin to describe how grateful I am for her services.
