Had a wonderful experience as always! Opthamologist was so helpful and niceee! I have two kids that come to him for their glasses and upgrades and he's always so great with them! The girl helping us out Today was so welcoming and sweet! She helped us pick out glasses and my daughters loved today's experience. Thank you:)!

I drove 40 minutes from my home to come to this location solely based on the radiant reviews I saw on Google. I can attest that the service was well worth the drive! Both Charles and Hancock were incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. I walked in without an appointment during a busy hour and they still managed to make me feel well cared for. I left the store with a smile and an order for a new pair of glasses. Wishing all shopping experiences could be as excellent as this -- these guys are superstars! Sending everyone I know to the Danada Visionworks!!

Highly recommend this amazing team at the Danada Square Visionworks! Staff is very personable and inviting. They also have an amazing selection of frames. Easiest time I've ever had making an appointment. 10/10 keep being amazing guys!

there is a gentleman who works the front desk here that is just spectacular. he handles the multitasking super well--and doesn't make anyone feel rushed. he explains everything beautifully. this man should be the manager here. every experience i have had here has been awesome because of the great doctor but also this guy!

Charles was really great during my recent visit to Visionworks at Danada Square in Wheaton. I had a bit of a complex prescription involving high-powered prism lenses that I hadn't had any luck getting filled anywhere else. I initially talked to Charles on the phone, where he confirmed they could fill my prescription and answered key questions regarding using my existing frames, insurance coverage, and their 100-Day Guarantee. Then once in store, he explained the process of sending the frames in and what I should expect regarding the turnaround time. He also provided recommendations on the various lens options and graciously walked me through my insurance benefits to really break down what the cost of each would be. Overall, Charles made the experience very positive, and I look forward to my next visit at Visionworks at Danada Square to fill my next glasses prescription!

While the optometrist and assistant were phenomenal, the store had a foul emanation of body odor. It was originating from a person who does the fittings for glasses. I was seated in front of that person while he fit me for lenses. Mind you, the ENTER ROOM was filled with the malodorous smell that was emitting from ONE person and that person was then raising his arms directly in front of my face, forcing his foulness explicitly into my olfactory glands. Without being dramatic, it was torturous. The next day, I was invited via text to fill out an online survey based on "my experience". I filled it out with my personal opinions. The day after that, I received a call from Vision Works. I was excited to answer thinking that my glasses were ready for pick up. NO. The caller reprimanded me about my survey responses. He said, snarkily, that they are aware of the situation and that the employee's body odor is due to a medical condition. The caller continues saying that he was sure that I could just imagine how difficult it must be for that person to live with that. I am sorry that person has that condition. I agree, it must be difficult to live with that condition. However, I was asked to fill out a survey about my experience and my opinions. That is how I felt about the situation. I find it incredibly offensive that VisionWorks called me to tell me that I'm wrong for saying the store smelled atrocious and that an employee had extraordinarily bad body odor. Firstly, I find it disturbing that Visionworks had the audacity to share an employee's medical information with a complete stranger. Do they not understand what HIPPA is? Are they discussing MY medical information with other people?? Secondly, why would you ask for my thoughts if you are going to scold me for it? I legitimately thought I was helping; maybe they didn't know, maybe the other employees were afraid to mention it. Instead, I was chastised for giving honest feedback. I am literally traumatized by VisionWorks.

I just left there and if you are reading this review to see if you should try them...run don't walk! From the minute you enter you know you are in good hands. Rehman and Charles greet you with a smile and get all of the paperwork and preliminary tests completed with ease. Friendly conversation flows freely and they know their stuff. Dr Khan is kind and thorough in explaining your exam results and provides thoughtful feedback that is specific to your eye health. Rehman and Charles even helped pick out my glasses. It's obvious that they all truly value their customers and take pride in their work.

The manager at this location has excellent customer service and truly takes care of each customer no matter how busy it gets. I did not get his name but he wear glasses. Very thankful for all his help and I will continue to come her for my eyeglasses needs. I highly recommend this place for your eye care/ checkup.
