Needed a quick same-day appointment for some eye pain while I was on vacation... Dr. Lucas was great!! Very thorough and her bedside manner was great! She heard all of my concerns and was able to help identify the issue. The receptionist, Chris, was very welcoming, kind and helpful! Andrew, who also assisted me during my visit, was great as well! Would definitely recommend this practice!

Elkhart location is a joke. I was having trouble scheduling an exam online. I called the Elkhart office to get assistance I was asked if I would hold 17 minutes later I hung up and called again just to get a recording that the office is closed. Should've just told me that in the first place. Very unprofessional.
