Excellent care at Spectrum! Dr. Hoggatt was very thorough and personable and Carter did a great job with all the scans and makes you feel very comfortable. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I work with patients in a different healthcare setting and I recognize a great staff and patient care. Highly recommend.

Exceptional care and great staff. Dr. Britkze was very thorough and was not at all rushed with my eye exam. Kathy and all of the office staff were great and helped me select the perfect pair of new glasses at a reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend this office.

I needed new glasses and a new doctor so I came here. The staff is fabulous! Dr. Hoggatt is the best. He listened to my concerns and figured out that my last prescription was wrong. He fixed it and the difference is amazing!

Dr Britzke is amazing! He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have seen him for many years. His staff is very friendly too!

This place is amazing! I needed to get my 20 month old twins eyes checked because I had some concerns. They squeezed me in during a cancellation that they had so one twin was able to be seen the next day. They were so kind to me and my daughter! We were put in a room quickly, and saw the doctor quickly. He was so kind and patient with my almost two year old and her tantrum. He took the time to answer my questions and explain things to me, even over her fit throwing. The ladies at the front desk were so kind as well, and treated us so great! I'm actually looking forward to taking my other twin back in there in a few weeks. I would highly recommend this place!!!!!

I have been coming here for several years, but am done now... They started off good, but have not been good lately. The final blow came a couple of weeks ago when I arrived at my appointment and discovered they no longer accepted my insurance. When I asked when that started, the told me the 9th... Just a week prior. Here is the 'funny' thing. My appointment was originally scheduled a few weeks earlier, but THEY asked me to reschedule due to a conflict on their end. My appointment got moved and suddenly my insurance is no good during that time period. The other frustrating part of this, was that with the appointment change and two calls from them confirming my day and time, they asked if I still had the same insurance, but failed to mention it would be an issue... until I showed up. I had to take time off and time out of my day for this, but they could not be bothered to alert me to the change so I could remedy it ahead of time. NOTE: I am posting this 2 weeks after the incident as I reached out to them to give them an opportunity to respond to my frustrations, but they did not bother. They did not care.

I've been going to this place for about 3 years. Never had a problem until today. I get there and check in and the lady checking me was very rude talked to me like I was an idiot in front of other customers and staff. Instead of sitting down with me going over the situation she instead talked very loud and in a very rude tone. So I called her out on it canceled my appointment to figure out what the problem is with my insurance since she didn't want to take the time. This was the first encounter with this lady the rest of the staff I've dealt with in the past has been very helpful, friendly and went above and beyond. I really liked this place but after today I won't go back. I hope that lady is nicer to others and doesn't belittle you in front of everyone.
