Dr. Wade is fine but clinical staff are not very knowledgeable and turnover is high. Had issue w glasses I ordered and turned out the frames were too big (staff should have caught), remade them but still had issues with distance, went back a few weeks later and manager adjusted nose piece as it was too high ( staff did not catch even with circles everywhere when trying on), still had issues so went back today and manager said I wasn't listed as dependent on insurance even though I showed her my card with my name on it. Said 60 days was up and they couldn't help me. Have been going there for 8 years but will be going somewhere else from now on.

I've been seeing Dr. Wade for 19 years straight. She's very professional, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I never feel rushed and always end up with a great prescription for my eyes. I would highly recommend Dr Wade! The staff has always been friendly, but I can't say how purchasing eyewear is, because I order my contacts online.

Dr. Wade was super friendly and professional. The staff that helped me were nice and helpful (not rude in any way), and took time with me to make sure I was satisfied with the glasses I chose. I got a pair of contacts to test, However, 2-3 days after purchasing my supply of contacts, I felt one just wasn't right. They exchanged my purchase with no issue. Any problems with my glasses, I can visit a WalMart Vision Center anywhere for repairs or adjustments, which is convenient.
