Boling Vision Center - Goshen Office

Being retired from the business sector in management, I see and understand how critical it is for a business to have the first employee a customer sees to be of utmost importance. Boling/Goshen has such a person at their check-in desk: Dawn. She is worth her weight in gold and should be compensated accordingly. You simply cannot value that position enough and you should consider how fortunate you are. Thank you to her, a blessing to Boling indeed .... Phil

Everyone was pleasant and interacted with me. Starting right at the front desk she was very thorough. The person doing the initial exam answered my questions about parts of the exam that I had not experienced at other providers and the reasons for them. The doctor just continued my good experience, again answering all questions and providing details that I hadnt thought about.

I wanted to give big thank you to DeAshton in optical. This young man has incredible customer service. He worked very well with both of my young children, had incredible follow through. I appreciate his patience and overall customer care. There was an issue getting my son's glasses as the lenses were backordered. He did a great job following up and keeping us informed.

Just moved into the area and Boling came highly recommend from friends and our new doctor. Great staff and doctors are very knowledgeable and thorough. I have diabetes and they were able to discover I had no issues with my eyes related to it!

Everyone at the office is very polite, easy to talk with and understanding to your needs. They treat the patients with great respect and to me that is why I enjoy going here. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Love everyone there.

I loved how thorough they were with my 6 year old! They gave really good advice and didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear. My family and I will keep coming here instead of where we were going for sure!

This specific location is a nightmare. I had one appointment for a simple routine exam for contact lenses and glasses. The staff here are unprofessional (complete with smirks, eyerolls and attitude) and dare I say - incompetent. The 1st set of trial contact lenses were specifically the brand I told the doctor I did not want. The 2nd set of trial contact lenses were the wrong prescription all together and even marked incorrectly for left and right eye on the boxes. The 3rd set was correct but came AFTER the doctor finalized the prescription that - shocker - was incorrect with a typo. After calling several times to get it straightened out and assured I would get the correct prescriptions for both contact and eye glasses sent to my patient portal, guess what? It never happened. Instead they just sent me a summary of the exam that they had already sent to me. Oh! And that 3rd set of trial contact lenses. They were supposed to be mail to me. Verified it on two different occasions and when I called to let them know I never received them, they informed me they had them at the office. Also, at the time of the intial appt they tried to bill my medical insurance ($250 out of pocket) instead of my eye insurance with a co-pay of $50. I decided I had had enough and asked to to fill out a form to release my records to another optometrist. I had one appointment there and they charged me $25 to transfer my records all with a smirk. At that point I was happy to give them my $25 and good riddance. I most certainly do not recommend Boling Eye Center. I had better care and service in the past at Walmart Eye Vision.

I was very happy with how I was treated and the amount of time spent with me.I didnt feel like I was rushed in any way.everyone seemed so knowledgeable. And had all the answers fir me. I was very happy when I left. Thank you very much.
