I will forever be your patient after my first experience. What a breath of fresh air this place is from start to finish. The front desk makes you feel very welcome and the rest of the appointment handles every single thing you need addressed and makes you feel so involved in your decisions. Thank you all for such amazing service!

Dr. Blankenbeker and tech were superb. Receptionist could use a lesson or two in not cutting off and talking over patients(customers), was told I had to fill out new patient paperwork and when asking if they drop files after 2 years (my last visit here), I was cut off, then when I tried to tell her I filled out the forms online in their portal as requested pre appointment she talked over me telling me they don't get them all the time and to fill them out anyway. Not a huge deal but why send them electronically if they don't go where they need to and paper is still required to be filled out? Other than the initial impression this visit was a 5 star experience just remember what others have to say might be relevant or important and worth listening to, in order to better the experience for the patient.

I absolutely love how welcoming everyone is. I was explained about how I could get my eyes photographed instead of dilation that is game changer! Highly recommend that. Due to some medical issues I have they made sure everything was planned out and given great detail. Best place to have your eyes taken care of.

Everyone was so nice and made you feel like you were their only client. They all were very professional and very informative. They answered all my questions and in a way I could understand! Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable waiting area as I was waiting for my wife. My wife was very impressed with the thoroughness of the exam and the care that the doctor put in to exploring and explaining options. We have found our new home for our eye care needs!

I highly recommend Michiana Eye Center. I had two excellent experiences when I took my elderly mother there. One was a complete eye exam and subsequent choosing new glasses. The other was an unscheduled visit to respond to her swollen, red, uncomfortable eyes. In both cases, every staff member was responsive, caring and expertly professional.

Everyone was very friendly. Besides coming for a check up and I also wanted a second opinion. I was told I needed cataract surgery by another provider and they didn't really go over my exam. I felt they were pushing me towards the surgery. At this place, they explained my exam and mentioned cataract surgery but I was on the very low end of having to have it done. Which confirmed my suspicion. So if you are uncomfortable with something, get a second opinion. Thank you Michiana Eye Center for a job well done.
