I haven't been to an eye doctor since before I was a teenager, in other words, I had no idea what I was in for. Everything went smooth, staff was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. I was most impressed by the dr that put me through the exam. Not for one minute was I confused about what was next, she let me ask questions, and answered alot before I could even ask. When I tell you I felt like this was one of my moms friends who've known me my whole life...I was at home!! Thank you all for everything!! Can't wait to get my glasses!!!

My exam was fine. My experience was fine. The people at the desk are great, but I have to say that even before my appointment, the doctor rubbed me the wrong way hard-core by the way he spoke to an 80-year-old woman with a walker. "Are you the stroke lady?" is not an appropriate, professional greeting in my opinion.

Dr. Fraser was gracious, knowledgeable, and very good at explaining the results of my exam and next steps. She makes her patients feel valued and heard. Ayesha was the administrator that managed my visit from welcome, to ordering, to payment, and final farewell - she is a generous hostess and very professional. She even called me back on a detail related to my order to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Her pride in her work is the insurance that customers are going to get the best treatment when they come to Pearle Vision on Elkhart Rd.

Dr. Faunce was a delight! He creates a warm atmosphere upon entering the patient room. He does a thorough job of explaining all of the components of the eye exam to you. He is cultured, intelligent, and has a wonderful sense of humor. He answers any questions one might have with ease and is patient. He is tough when he needs to be and makes a great optometrist "coach." I will no doubt listen to his professional medical counsel! You can be certain to have a top-notch experience with Dr. Faunce and should not hesitate to set up an appointment with him!
In addition, the staff upfront made me feel at home. They answered all of my questions with an attentive ear and came up with the best answers that fit my needs. They were amicable, helpful and conversed with me like we had always known each other. Thank you Family First Pearle Vision Care in Goshen, IN!
