My new vision care place! I went there today and I was blown back by the amazing selection. I've not been to an optometrist business that had such an amazing selection of glasses to choose from. The two ladies that were staff helped me decide which pair fit my face best, I made my decision myself, and we ordered my glasses. I came in as a walk in from another facility, but in the future per my insurance, when I'm eligible for new glasses again, this is where I'm going! I give four (4) stars because one staff had her child at work with her, I'm a mother myself and understand the babysitting situation, but at least make some type of arrangements. Your child shouldn't be in front of a customer, where you're cutting off the customer time to speak to your child because she's sitting on your lap. It's just not professional, especially in that type of atmosphere. Other then that the business itself and what the Doctor did to broaden the selection of glasses to his customers is amazing! I haven't seen a Doctor there, but a few patients were there, and just arriving as I got there and they were called back almost immediately after walking in, so that was a plus also. I'm an huge observer, I see everything!! I'm also happy with my glasses and can't wait to get them

I am not sure how any one gives this place less than 5 stars. Customer service is phenomenal. My sons glasses got broke I was in and out in 10 minutes. I typically used walmart eye care before using wellington. The difference is night and day. This place is second to none. Any one that gives I less than 5 stars is crazy.

The staff here is very friendly and I felt the eye exam was very thorough. However, the lab they use is unreliable. It took 4 weeks to get a pair of glasses because of errors. I still don't have a pair of reading glasses because of multiple errors. ETA is 7 weeks from my appointment. I can't imagine how frustrating this must be for the staff. I'm not sure I will return.

I recently had gotten a foreign body in my eye when I was doing some outside work and when I called them the receptionist was very accommodating to squeezing me in because I was in so much pain. I was in and out in about half and hour. Staff was very kind and efficient and were very sympathetic to the pain I was in. I have been going here for years and I can say I am forever grateful for this eye doctor! Thank you!

The doctor gave me non-astigmatism contacts (said it wasn't bad enough, even though I had them previously) and I never could read well after that. The office staff is not very accommodating. The receptionist told me she would call me back the next day after talking to the doctor. However, she never called me, I had to call them 2 days later and then she said "she had gotten busy." She then told me we had to make an appointment AFTER the contacts came in and come to find out that appointment is yet another week later after contacts arrived. Not too client friendly. Do have nice glasses selection however and good testing procedures.

Very overpriced. I bought some shades and had buyers remorse the next day (cheapest good looking sunglasses I could find were $80 and weren't even polarized), and had to pay a $25 restocking fee, for sunglasses still in perfect condition and bought less than 24 hours earlier. Huge ripoff. I will not be returning or removing my reviews unless I get a full refund. EDIT: An update. They not only charged the $25 restocking fee to return them next day but also repeatedly sent letters for months saying I still owed them the $25, even after I told them they already took it out of the refund.

Took my daughter and granddaughter there and they were amazing with them! Very patient and through with both. Accommodating and very friendly. Glasses were perfect and got theme back very fast! Would recommend to anyone!!
