Every time I entered Eyemart Express, I received a friendly greeting and an offer to help. When I showed them my scratched and broken glasses, they tried to straighten them, and then said that they could replace them. I was so happy. I hadn't realized the pair was under warranty. They replied at they were only a few days over, but they allowed a grace period. So, after falling on my face twice and ruining my glasses, I now have a new pair at no additional charge. I will never go anyplace else for glasses.

I came in yesterday feeling a little anxious and overwhelmed about picking out new glasses -- it might seem like a small thing, but for me it's not. Sierra helped me with so much patience, kindness, and genuine care. She didn't rush me, she made me feel welcome, and she took the time to help me find the right frames without making me feel like a burden for taking my time.
What stood out most was how present she was. You can tell when someone actually enjoys their job and cares about people -- Sierra is one of those people. Even when I came back today to pick up my glasses, she remembered me and said "welcome back," which may seem simple, but it honestly made my day. I went in her to get my daughter some glasses, not only did they have the cutest selection for little girls but they made the whole process just simple. She picked out her glasses, they got everything situated with my insurance and I walked out spending wayyy less than I expected (I mean literally like $200 less than I was expecting) and we walked out with two pairs, a glasses case, a cleaning kit, AND a protection plan because well we know how rough kindergarteners can be on things. Above and beyond, thank you so much again! We will be returning! Oh and did I mention that both pairs were ready IN ONLY 1 HOUR!
