This was my first time shopping Target Optical after many recommendations from people. It did not disappoint! I have been looking for frames for over a year. They had an amazing selection. Laura, the store manager, stepped in to help me and found the perfect pair! I would not have even tried THAT STYLE of frame if she hadn't suggested it. I knew those were the ones. She was so nice, and funny. Great experience. Prices were reasonable, and they were in network with my eye insurance.

The ladies there are all kind and are willing to help. They offered opinions on different glasses frames when I was unsure what to get.
Laura the store manager has the best personality. She's honest, takes no BS, and is down-to-earth. An overall lovely lady in my opinion. I prefer to work with honest humans like her.
I also had a great customer service experience with Daisy the assistant manager. She mentioned multiple options I could do regarding both contacts and glasses. She made it clear what insurance would cover. And what discounts the store could offer me.

Dr. Wade was wonderful. He took his time and explained everything. However, when I went to purchase frames and contacts, Ashley acted like a used car salesman who wants the biggest commission. She could possibly get, I left in tears with a $500 bill almost with insurance.

I love this optical center. Dr. Wade and his staff are wonderful. Laura was so helpful and informative today. Dr. Wade's wife is also an amazing optometrist I have treated with and they are both fantastic. Down to earth and just nice people who care about your eye health and make you aware of possible underlying medical issues which manifest some symptoms in your eyes.

On 10.15 From the time I walked in the door, the staff made me feel welcomed. Everyone was with a client and still let me know they would be right with me. I already had an appointment the next day. I just came in to see the glasses and pick ahead of time. Ashley was very helpful. She helped me from the day before i walked in to the time of my appointment the next day. She was able to change my appointment due to a cancellation. After my exam I had to go back to work for a meeting. I let Ashley know I would finish the sale after my meeting . When I returned. Ashley and Daisy helped me with my glasses and went over everything. I just want to say the went above and. Tons showing more than just service but customer care.
