This the worst MIDWEST EYECARE I have ever been to. They never answer there phone my insurance have been trying to contact them for over a WEEK no one will answer. I have actually been at this location in watch them let the phone ring ring and ring in not answer. I just wish they would answer my insurance to make it right so I can go to a different eye doctor. I am also going ti reach out to GENERAL MOTORS to ask them to remove them as a provider for General Motors. Their customer service is not professional at all. my insurance company Davis Vision have left message after message in they won't even return there call. worst provider I have ever dealt with. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO MIDWEST IN THE SOUTH BEND AREA THERE ALL THE SAME. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.

Dr. Morlan is the BEST eye Dr./consultant I have ever been blessed with, and I am 66 yrs. old and have been close to blind since my 3rd grade! My vision has gone from around 20 / 400 to an astounding 20/35!!! This is a miracle to me! Bless you Dr. Morlan! You are my hero!

Overall everything was great! Got an appointment the next day for an evening time. Exam tech and doctor were very kind yet professional. They were busy when I was selecting glasses but they still ensured I was getting the best service possible. I was wishy washy on stuff which caused some issues with billing but they took the time to make sure I fully understood it all and even gave a large discount when it was determined most of the confusion was created from simple misunderstanding/miscommunication.

My last two annual appointments were both over half an hour late, the billing was wrong, I had to explain my benefits to have them applied correctly, no one ever offers to make my next appointment. It honestly feels like no one wants to retain any patients until you get to Sarieta and Craig who are so helpful and friendly they must be the only reason anyone comes back.
