20/20 Vision

I have been going to 20/20 Vision for over 25 years. As a mailman it is very important to have good vision. Dr. Lesko and Rick worked together to make me a pair of glasses specifically for my job. They take time and listen to your needs. My eye exams are spot on. Rick always makes sure it is affordable for me to have two pairs of glasses as I could not do my job without them. The Dr is awesome and Rick truly cares about all patients. The staff is caring and professional as well.

My eyesight is horrible. I don't know how but I couldn't find my regular glasses this morning. I was planning on getting new glasses as my current ones were progressively failing qat distance. But the loss was a crisis. I found my prior glasses which were broken. I used them to drive to their location as they could cut new ones immediately The net result was we ran a new eye examine literally within minutes when I walked in though the door - that had substantial luck. I walked out under four hours later with temporary plastic lenses that are very good distance. They handled my insurance and I'll have new progressive glasses soon. Note complaints on insurance is often the insurer not the service provider but I recommend phone calls before you're on the hook for payment. Complex glasses won't be zero deductible usually

Walked in unsure of my options and how to best make use of them, and having questions about outsourcing frames from a 3rd party supplier, which could have been more of a hassle than it would be worth. So, I wasn't expecting to see an abundance of effort be made in my case because I didn't need any services that they typically provide for clients. Most of that was done previously somewhere else, but the location of this 20/20 Vision office would make things more convenient for me. Also, in the past, I have always been satisfied with the service and staff at this location. I immediately I felt at ease after being helped by Casey, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. She did such a wonderful job of finding all of the answers I needed and took the time to explain and go over my options thoroughly. My expectations were exceeded with help and guidance from Casey. She helped me explore every option available to me, That speaks to her level of professionalism and, in turn, is a reflection on the entire staff at this location! Every interaction I've had with a member of their staff, whether by phone call, in person, and even by text message, has been promt and courteous, and not once did I feel "brushed off" nor that I was a low priority. In fact, I was treated with respect and care. And I genuinely appreciate the top-notch folks there, like Casey & the good Dr Lesko, and the rest of their in-house team. Unequaled customer service! They are definitely receiving a fruit basket from a satified client in the near future. I happen to know that for a fact.

I've been going to Dr Lesko for many years. It is handy to get an eye exam and get my lens made on site. They were ready in less than a week. Even thought I purchased my frames online. My Medicare does not cover anything. I had a little trouble seeing through one lens, Rick Duggins took extra time with me to make sure I was happy with my vision/glasses. I appreciate that so much.

Service was a little slow, but the people are friendly and helpful. Ask about cost to replace my glasses; progressive lenses, near sighted. Picked a $78 frame, straight out $213. With insurance $198 my cost and they still bill the insurance $206. The people with insurance are actually paying double the price for the glasses and being ripped off. When ask about this they said they are trying to help out the ones without insurance. No way the glasses cost $400. They are not the only ones doing this. Shop around including other states and mailorder. Was in Iowa, stopped and purchased two glasses, lenses were made there, ready in four hours, $176 for both.

They worked us in same day. The doctor was extremely friendly and helpful. The staff was courteous and very patient while my 8 year old selected his frames. And the prices were extremely reasonable! They will definitely get my families business in the future.

Inadvertently stepped on my new glasses, bent the frame and broke off the hinges. Went there the next day and they fixed it like it was new. I am truly satisfied with the service and expertise. Thank you Rick Duggins and your staff, you just saved me $200!!

Love the personal service Rick and his staff provide. Glasses were quick to come in and the prescription really improved my sight. If you have any trouble with your glasses after you get them they are happy to help..usually just walk in!!
