I want to thank you for treating me like a transgender person and a person because I feel that I am comfortable with you as my eye doctor and as well your staff making me feel better as one of the ladies. Yes glaucoma has been known for 10yrs (optical nerve type for the disease possible) but I will press on on with drops and what it takes to combat disease and win the war inside of me. First of all, Dr. Mike Wild is a superb clinician and surgeon. He performed cataract surgery on both my eyes and the experience was amazing in its speed, lack of pain and my recovery. The admin and nursing staff at the surgical facility (Sycamore Surgical Center) where Dr. Wild performs the procedure were also exemplary. My only issue with Eye Physicians, Inc., is the post-op prescription process. In my case--I'm covered by Medicare and TRICARE--my Rx service (Express Scripts) will not approve a second prescription for the second eye if the procedure is less than 30 days from the first one. This prohibition can be overridden but it takes a few phone calls and, in my case, the second batch of meds was one medication short on the day of the surgery. These meds apparently aren't stocked routinely and must be special ordered which takes a few days time. This is an issue that the clinic is aware of but the issue keeps popping up for patients, at least according to the contacts I spoke with at Eye Physicians, Inc. So, it seems to me that: a) the patient should be made aware of this potential delay as soon as the operation is scheduled, and; b) if both procedures are less than 30 days apart, the office should preempt the delay if at all possible by notifying the patient's pharmacy of this possible refusal to fill the prescription and who to call if/when the order is rejected. In the first case, foreknowledge on the patient's part can encourage him/her to follow up with the pharmacy. In the second case, when calling in the order, the clinic can forewarn the pharmacy of the issue and provide the appropriate contact info to preclude the delay. Otherwise, my rating of Dr. Wild and his team is a 5+.

I've been there several times they are a great team they all work together to take care of each patient I've always enjoyed each visit they always made me feel safe and comfortable I've had 2 cataract surgery from Dr Wild he was very kind and explained my procedures to me and answer Al my questions I felt 100 %safe with both of my cataract surgery pain free no problems whatsoever I would recommend them to anyone

I have no idea what happened to the customer service and professionalism to this eye care place.. They did my eye appointment and got the prescription totally wrong. I ordered my glasses from Zenni online because of price difference however mainly because the last pair I bought from Eye Physicians was very cheap quality, the lens kept coming out and they sent frame back to manufacturer for resizing versus just ordering a whole new frame, it was never corrected .. Back to the prescription fiasco, once I received my 2 pairs from Zenni and tried them, the frames were great however the lenses was so strong I couldn't even use them for 5 minutes, just awful.. I called Eye Physicians to complain about it and they tried of course to blame Zenni. Went to a LensCrafters and had them do a vision test, my prescription from them was half the strength of Dr. Wilds . Sent frames and lenses back to Zenni and they redid them with the LensCrafters prescription and they are absolutely perfect . What a terrible mistake by Dr. Wild's office and then never owning up to there mistakes and of course not giving me any kind of credit or reimbursement. Just pathetic.

I have been a patient for over 10 years. Once they decided to shut down the Westfield location it very difficult to get anyone to respond to my calls and emails. The last eye exam was quick and I question the thoroughness of the exam.

I've been a patient of Dr. Dinn for years and he's my mother's eye doctor as well and he did an excellent, outstanding cataract surgery on her one eye a week ago. The whole staff team is always nice and they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. It was snowing the day of her surgery and it was beautiful.

Had my first appointment last Monday and was told I needed cataract surgery ask the doctor if it could be done quickly because I have to make a 9-hour drive in December he said that would be no problem they never call to schedule my appointment so I called today to find out that it takes over 6 weeks to schedule an appointment that's after the date that I have to leave and was told that it would be no problem to have my surgery by then doesn't seem like they know what's going on in that office shouldn't be told by a doctor that something could happen just be told by their staff that is impossible

Every time I call the contact lens dept I have to leave a message. It then takes 3-4 days to return the call. I'm not sure what has changed in the past couple of years, but service has gone downhill!
