Dr. Tavel Family Eyecare

Just finished up my appointment there, my wife and I both. I would say at 53 years young this has been one of best eye doctor experiences to date. Doctor was fantastic, very knowledgeable, factual and efficient. My time was very well spent. She took her time where needed but was also quick as well. A difficult balance that she made look easy. Excellent. The fitment specialist that helped us pick out frames was very knowledgeable friendly and fun to work with. She has great comments on style and practically. Very good experience and I highly recommend. I had fun!?

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Tavel Eye Doctor! The staff was friendly and professional, and the entire process was smooth and comfortable. I want to especially highlight Mrs. Cassidy, who was an amazing doctor--she took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all my questions patiently, and made me feel truly cared for. Her expertise and compassionate approach made a lasting impression. I highly recommend Mrs. Cassidy for anyone seeking top-notch eye care!

Dr. Koch did a fantastic and efficient job getting my examination done. Tracey worked with me to make sure my insurance went through and that I got the best deal on contacts possible! A great team and great experience. Less than 30 minutes in and out. Top notch!!

So Janet was super helpful and really knowledgeable. My glasses were taking longer than expected to come in, my glasses I was wearing was broke and she gave me a pair of new frames to get me thru until my glasses on order came. I highly recommend, all the staff is super friendly and helpful. Switched from preferred eye care and I won't go back. Dr. Tavel is a local franchise too. Help locals.

Husband and I needed eye exams and also new glasses. The Doctor was very nice, and knew what she was doing. The staff very friendly and took time out to help me find glasses. We were treated very well. They do accept Davis vision.

**Don't recommend this location/company** Long story short, I had a piece of contact stuck in my eye. Went to to Dr. Tavel to hopefully get it out. When I arrived Kristen checked me in to see the doctor. She was amazing in handling the emergency. Checked on me, gave me some eye drops, did what she could to help me out. She told the doc would squeeze me in asap. I was waiting to be seen, when I was call by one of the staff. This staff member, didn't get her name but she was at the desk to the left in the back; was all concerned other matters but getting me the help I needed getting this piece of contact removed. Even stated that the doctor could see me between that current moment (12:40ish) and 2:45pm and that the doctor was about to go to lunch. So in this emergency situation with this piece of contact causing discomfort; taking lunch was more important than helping out. Disappointed in the handling of the situation. No sense of urgency. **Don't recommend this location/company**

The employees were professional, knowledgeable and made the process a breeze. My glasses arrived earlier than I had anticipated which was much appreciated.

Everything was fantastic. Just wish they were a little more knowledgeable about insurance plans and a bigger selection of frames. Other than that very thorough exam and very comfortable visit.
