Everyone was very nice and helpful. I felt like they answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with my 1st visit. The doc took his time and helped me get my new prescription just right. Then helped me decide weather or not I might need bifocal lenses. A++ in my book the ladies in the show room allowed me to make my selection without any hassle and pointed me in the right direction when choosing the treatment for my lenses. Midwest Eye Consultants have been managing my eye health for over 15 years. I have never been disappointed with the service I receive. I truly appreciate and comforted as an Optometrist gives a truly thorough eye exam, as they have more education and training than the Opticians which most places use. Dr James is excellent, I get exceptional eyeglass prescriptions for general and working conditions. The Vision Center located in the office has affordable and stylish options. It is always easy to schedule an appointment and they are available to make adjustments and repairs as needed.
