I had a great experience. I took all three of my kids there and the treatment was great. Karla was very helpful when I had to get all three kids and myself scheduled. She also did amazing job with moving us around when we had to cancel and reschedule. She is such an amazing part of that company. Karla is always so friendly in person and on the phone.

This has been my eye doctor for a few years, and my husband's for awhile now. Love the service here. One of the things that I love is building a rapport with the staff. For example, Karla Pearson always remembers you, asks how you are, and genuinely cares about the patients and what's going on in your life. She is friendly and helpful and makes sure to work with your schedule to get appointments and even calls to remind you in time that if you need to reschedule, you can without penalty (like some other doctors readily charge). It really sets a positive tone when you walk in and immediately feel so welcomed!

I would like to give Karla great reviews. She is so helpful and very knowledgeable but if she doesn't know answers she works till she gets them. She listens to you when you want to talk about family and she asked questions about your family she lets us know when the office is having a fund raiser but is not pushy. Always kind.
