I can't say enough about how amazing my experience was with Stanton Optical in Kokomo! It is a beautiful store with an exceptional staff! Brooke who did the testing on my eyes before seeing the doctor was so friendly, knowledgeable, and thurough. The doctor did an amazing job while examining my eyes and took her time to answer my questions and also fitting me for contacts as well. Jaylah & Kari were so friendly, helpful and patient when helping me pick out my glasses especially when there is so many incredible styles to choose from. The staff are all so knowledgeable and will work to get you the best pricing possible & they have amazing deals & discounts to offer their patients. Jaylah took the time to get me the best pricing possible and worked within my budget. I am extremely happy with my glasses & the staff all work together to create a wonderful customer service experience. You can tell that the staff truly cares about their customers/patients. I will definitely be telling others to go there because you won't be disappointed!!

My experience with Stanon optical was exceptional. The store is brand new and it is impeccable. I was greeted immediately when I walked in by both Jaylah and Kari. From the moment of intake to cashing out, these ladies provided me with the best care, helped me select frames and made sure I got the best value purchase. Jaylah performed my actual eye exam and was very professional and my prescription results came back extremely fast. Very Nice and Friendly .... Dr. Mink was very thorough and the girls upfront went above and beyond to help us figure out our insurance which was a huge task! and what our best options were! Brooke was so patient helping us get the correct info from our insurance and forwarding emails, while getting us measured and helping us pick out frames!
I feel like most other places would have literally just said they weren't able to use our insurance and would told us we just had to pay full price! After it was all done we both got exams ( 1 regular exam and 1 contact exam ) both got new glasses the same day and paid less than their promotion. We will be headed right back to them the next time we are needing eye appointments!
