Since moving to Indiana, I thought I wouldn't find a person who could make my glasses without any problems.
I walked into this place and they were very busy. I started looking around and when one of the opticians became free, she walked over and asked if I needed help. I told her I was nervous about ordering glasses because of having "special eyes".
It turns out, the manager was waiting on me and assured me that, I would be taken care of.
She sat down with me and we talked about all my options.
I picked up my glasses a couple days ago and they are amazing. If you need to have your glasses ordered, see the Vision Center Manager Manda. She will help you with everything that you need.
It also made me feel better that she has been doing it for 20 years, and she isn't fresh out of optical school.

Continually asked for an itemized bill. Never got one. Only a total. Have no idea what all those strong upsells cost me. Pay more attention to what I want, and less on what you want me to want. I cancelled the glasses. Been needing them for 4 years. So sad.

I am so glad I found this place, Amanda the vision center manager is amazing. She went above and beyond by explaining to me what I was getting in my glasses. She explained things that no other vision center's have explained before. It's almost time for my husband to get glasses, and I will tell him to go see the sweet manager to get his new pair of glasses!

I don't remember the Doctors name, but he's damn good! The Optician up front was a joy to work with. Brayton M is the man... He had an answer for every question and even helped me choose my new frames. I highly recommend.

I walked in on December 31st to use FSA or lose it. Amanda took great care of me! I already had a prescription, so I was only ordering glasses. I selected frames... needed bi vocals. Amanda remeasured and aligned for the lowest point for me on both pairs. Glasses came in early... fit great! Look great! Vision/ Bifocal is prefect! Thanks

Dr. Dean was great..went beyond to help & fit me with the best contacts..however he told me to try the strength we thought was ideal but I noticed driving they were not strong enough..he fitted me again in a stronger strength in my right eye..they ordered new right lens & when they get come in I exchange the ones not strong enough in for the right strength I'm needing..well i had a family emergency crisis & wasn't able be in kokomo for a month..now the "Manager" says it's to late & she won't take the weaker contacts & let me have the strength I need...I'm sorry but I do not understand! No money exchange..I'm giving back contacts never been opened for the right strength I need! The contacts are jus sitting in a drawer..& is waiting for the exchange! I will not go back to Walmart Vision Center as long as the rude unprofessional manager works there..there is No reason why she cudnt trade my contacts..she is wrong ..I'm sorry Dr Dean is with that Business

The lady with brown hair and glasses deserves 5 stars. She was sympathetic, and at least tried to be helpful the entire time. The bigger lady that wears the mask was rude and condescending. Sorry for the rough descriptions, but I'm writing this out of anger deriving from a very unpleasant experience with the ladder.
