Today was my first experience in this office, and I was extremely impressed. Everyone was super nice, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Special appreciation for Courtney, Taylor, and J (sp?), who were each so very very kind and helpful. Dr. Owen and her assistant were really wonderful. A speedy yet very comprehensive visit. I highly recommend this office!!

I had the best experience I've ever had at any Lenscrafters location on Friday 11/29/2024. The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. The doctor took her time and showed real concern regarding the health of my eyes. I had some concerns in the past that were never addressed at another Lenscrafters location. I was going to make a switch to get my exam done somewhere other than Lenscrafters when I realized there was one in the Hamilton Town Center close to where I lived. I am so grateful I decided to go to this location. I will definitely come back again. Thank you to the doctor and all of the staff.

Great experience. Staff was thorough and very professional. However, Jealynn who checked me out, really earned the sale. Zero pressure and she felt very honest. I was only planning on ordering contact. Because of her, I bought glasses too. Being straight forward means a lot to me and, when it comes to sales, it difficult to find someone whom feels genuine.

As always, I had a great experience at this store. All of the employees are helpful and knowledgeable about the products and services but not pushy. I love the fact that they tell you your options without making you feel pressured. I would like to recognize Nancy at this location for going the extra mile at my last appointment. Greatly appreciated!

Great Experience with Dr. Amy! Jay and Paige in Lenscrafters were so helpful, while we took sooooo much time finding the right glasses. They were patient and helped me find the right pair. Very patient with my elderly mother. I would highly recommend Lenscrafters and Dr.Amy!

My visit was excellent. However there was some confusion with my daughter's appointment and insurance. Was not told after asking specifically via phone prior to appointment if her VSP was in network until we got to the office and appointment had to be canceled as they were not an in network provider. Would not have scheduled the appointment if I had known ahead of time especially since I had talked to them 3 times prior to the appointment. Just need better communication from staff. They were very polite about me having to cancel the appointment though on the day.

Besides a longer wait than what I anticipated, I'd have to say that my overall experience was excellent. Jaylynne was very helpful during the glasses/sunglasses selection process and helped save me money. A++ for her!

Dr. Walden is very friendly, personable and kind. She was thorough with my eye exam and gave good recommendations. There is minimal wait for the scheduled visit time which is super nice and shows that they value your time as a customer as well. The front gals were all super nice and helpful. Overall great experience and will continue having my eye visits here.
