I recently knocked the lens out of my glasses and found LensCrafters on my repair glasses search in Noblesville, they were closing in an hour when I showed up and Danelle said she could fix them, she took the glasses and had them fixed and cleaned and back to me in 15 min, when I asked how much she said there was no charge. Service was awesome and super friendly. Would recommend them to anyone needing repairs or needing new glasses!

Terrible business. First off, the day of my appointment, the young woman at the front was hardly even willing to help me place my order for my glasses. Had a condescending attitude. Also did not inform me of the 30 day adjustment policy. I was told I needed to schedule a new appointment and pay out of pocket for adjustments and I couldn't at the time. It had been just over 60 days now and I reached out hoping they could get me in without having to pay for a new visit. It was then I was informed I had 30 days to do it and that now I can't be helped. Spoke to the assistant manager who was even less willing to help then the lady the day of my appointment. I asked if he would reach out and ask if I could have an exception since the policy wasn't told to me and he said the lady who allows exceptions has only approved 1 of 8 of his requests so he said he wasn't even going to ask because she would say no. He didn't seem to care at all. As a first time customer, I will not be a second time customer. Awful customer service.

I was there for my eye exam and to pick out glasses. I was in the Dr. chair for my exam and the internet went down. I was told to sit back in the waiting area. Didn't seem they knew how to fix it. Took an extra 30 minutes. Total was 2 hours in the office.
One week later I received my glasses which I was told was $1100.00 value. When I went to pick them up they look all right on my face. When I got home upon a further inspection one of the arms is bent. It doesn't even touch a flat surface. One floats and other one is in the air. And one is bent in further towards the inside. Also there is a big nick around the lens. Like they were dropped. I don't make out a list of things that I need to remember to check. But for $1100.00 Ray Ban glasses you would think they would have a list for quality control.
