Eyeglass World

Just recently made this account to fight off false/negative reviews. If you check their website it says to call and make sure if your insurance is one they can take. Insurance is one of the biggest pains to deal with, not every version or plan of an insurance will be taken. Don't blame the employees for your lack of insight to double check if they can actually bill your insurance!

I had a solid overall experience at Eyeglass World. The ladies working up front were pleasant, courteous, and very helpful from start to finish. My glasses turned out absolutely perfect, so I have no concerns about the quality of care or expertise. The only part of my visit that fell a bit short was my interaction with the doctor. He came in late, offered very little greeting, and his overall demeanor felt rushed and somewhat annoyed. I was brief but clear about the issues I was experiencing, and while he did address them, his bedside manner was extremely dry. When I returned to pick up my glasses, I observed him interacting with his staff in the same way, so I believe it's simply his personality rather than a one-off moment. I still consider this a positive experience--just worth noting that while the product and front-of-house service were excellent, the doctor could improve in the area of customer interaction.

I was in a bind and needed help right away. Johanna,the store manager was absolutely awesome and helping me get my situation resolved. Totally recommend this location if you need an exam or glasses. The eye doctor was equally awesome and very thorough due to my situation.

Always a great experience coming into the Noblesville eyeglass world. The employees are so kind and caring, doing whatever they can to make sure you get exactly what you need for your vision. I would give 10 stars if I could, can't say enough just how happy and glad I was to come in and meet the lovely workers here.

I have had an appointment with this place for over a week... Put my information in, the website said they took my insurance. I show up for my appointment in this extremely rude person informs me. They actually don't take my insurance so I turned around and walked out hundred percent do not recommend.

I received awesome service when picking out and picking up glasses. Both Amanda and Ashley were very caring and helpful in assisting me. Amanda helped me get a pair of eyeglasses and I was overwhelmed with the amount of glasses to choose from when looking through the vast assortment. I didn't think I would ever find a pair until I heard a voice say, "Can I help you today?" She really did and I love my glasses! Then a couple weeks later, I had come back to get my sunglasses updated with new prescription, and met Ashley, who was just as nice and genuine while helping me. I will be back to this location!

My 6 yo son needed glasses for the first time. Eyeglass World had a great selection and the staff was so friendly. Not only were we treated well, but we even walked out with his first pair of the glasses the same evening! Very good experience for us, but most importantly for my son.

I had the most wonderful experience not only was the doctor wonderful and informative and created such a comfortable environment that I was able to ask many many questions, but the other staff specifically, a woman name Amanda, who was ABSOLUTELY AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL to me that I literally began to cry. Once I got my glasses, they truly made the whole experience so wonderful. They went beyond normal customer service From the doctor to the entire staff I didn't feel like a customer. I felt like they genuinely cared and they weren't just there to support me for today but anytime I have a question or concern that they were easily available. I would be highly recommend going there for any eyecare needs! PS bonus they were able to get me my glasses so quickly that I will have to brag to everyone I know!!!
