If you are looking for an eye doctor this is the place to go. I highly recommend this location. The eye doctor, Dr. Butorac is very knowledgeable, compassionate and she does a thorough job. She has a positive attitude and I just love her spirit. April, Jackie, Amy and Lisa helped me with scheduling my appointment, picking out and picking up my new eyeglasses. They all have outstanding customer service skills and I am a very satisfied customer. My son has his appointment scheduled and my wife is next to schedule her appointment when she receives her work schedule. I give them 10 stars because they all deserve the credit. Thank you all for a wonderful experience! Keep up the great work, you all ROCK!!

I had a great experience here. The doctor took her time to explain everything and conduct a thorough exam. They have a nice selection of glasses with some great deals. The staff was patient in helping me find the best contact lenses and glasses, and even offered a 10-day trial for the contacts. Everyone was very kind and helpful.

I decided to give MyEye Dr. another chance after three years, and unfortunately, the experience was even worse than before. They repeatedly called the wrong phone number despite my account being set up correctly, and when I tried to explain this to the receptionist, she was extremely rude and dismissive. On top of that, I arrived for my 9:00 a.m. appointment and waited over 30 minutes past my scheduled time without being seen or given any explanation. I eventually walked out. This office is unprofessional, poorly managed, and clearly does not value patients' time. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the team here!!! Thank you Dr Abby, Dr Lisa and Dr Jen for assisting me in getting new glasses and on my journey of experimenting with contacts!! Never had I felt so welcomed and supported at an eye doctor office before! It was my first time in 4 years visiting and I recently moved here from out of state and they took such amazing care of me- even on the worst snow day of the year! Dr Jen was able to get me set up and started for Dr. Abby to see me, Dr. Abby was great and it was so cool to be able to see what my eyes looked like too with the scan they did!! Then she passed me off to Dr Lisa who was able to help me pick out a new pair of glasses - her patience and kindness was SO amazing and greatly appreciated!! This was also my first time ever wanting to try out contacts and her and Dr. Jen took the time to not only help me get them in but out!! It was quite the experience and they did it with such ease and grace and didn't make me feel silly at all! I truly thought I was hopeless haha! Thank you all for your help, I will definitely be back in the future!! I 1000000% recommend to all friends to come here!

Lisa helped adjust my replacement glasses! They were so kind and quick! I'm also a new patient and they've all been so welcoming!!

I went to pick up my glasses, and the associate named Beth (visiting from the Anderson, IN store) was super helpful. She gave me a lot more information on where to go to see my Rx and whatever else I needed about my account. She was very nice.

Fantastic care! Thank you to this office team! This past Saturday they helped in such a great way! I have an autistic child on Medicaid whom was having a difficult time & the excellence of care never waved from the front office staff to the Doctor herself! I work in healthcare & they provided the best level care care across the board! Thank you for the understanding & the spectacular level of care given! A+ in my book regarding this office & if you should choose it! The answer is YES! Thank you all
