Visionworks Doctors of Optometry

If I could give Logan a six out of five stars I would. I have been to a few different optometrist over the past few years and picking out the glasses has always been the most difficult part. Logan did a great job explaining my insurance coverages which I had already printed out and knew what was covered, but he explained it much more detail. Instead of me walking around, trying to try on glasses until I found a pair that I liked, he asked me what was important to me and I stood in front of the mirror and he brought 15 to 20 frames to me. It seemed like he knew exactly what I wanted. He made the whole experience enjoyable. Never felt rushed. I can't wait till the new glasses come in! Give Logan a raise! He deserves it.

Experience was two sided here--the people in the front area with glasses were very good especially Logan. He made the process very smooth and easy to buy the glasses and make selections. The experience with Dr. Calvin was not good. It didn't appear she was well trained and not good with people. She said the glasses were not progressive and looked at them thru a microscope device. I knew they were and when we went out to talk to Logan he said I definitely see they are progressive, I don't know why the doctor didn't see it. Her approach for checking eyes was not smooth and at the end the selections were not clear. So I had to asked her for the final script to see if it would work--she then huffed. I never have been to a more unprofessional eye doctor. It almost felt like we were being punked and videotaped. I called the manager, Karen, to see if we can get rechecked to make sure our glasses order was correct and she was also not the nicest. She definitely did not want to hear the feedback and didn't even apologize for the situation. She acted like she was doing me a favor by putting a note in the file so I can call other visionworks to find time for a recheck. We will not be returning customers based on this experience. EyeGlass world was superior in comparison and they aren't even an Ossip or Revolution eyes.

I accidentally put a one instead of a five for the doctor... She was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked into the door until I left everyone was five star. I'm not sure of the names, but the woman that greeted me was very knowledgeable in my insurance and extremely helpful. The doctor was great, I have many eye issues and she really took the time to make sure I could see well in both contacts and glasses. The gentleman that helped me picking out my glasses was hilarious. . He disagreed with my glasses choice (which he's probably right) haha but was professional and friendly the entire time. 10 out of 10 recommend

The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. They took the time to listen and answer my questions. The entire experience was great. I have already took others they should go here for their next eye exam. They won me over,won't go anywhere else from now on.

Logan was here when I got my glasses and when I came back to get them adjusted. He has literally the best personality and is such a kind human. Thanks, Logan and the Visionworks team! This location is so lovely

Ordered glasses with antiglare, hi index, progressive and paid the amount. Was told by another visionworks that the order was not made for these options and just a standard distance lens. I tried calling to get corrected. I am awaiting a call back from Logan who helped us 2 days ago make this order. Logan did call back and said he would update the order and send a document tomorrow that highlights the various selections. I will be increasing my rating once I received the documentation and glasses.

I came in today and got help from Rachel-she suggested frames for me, which was a huge help because I would have spent a long time trying to figure out what suited my prescription, style, and face shape. She was kind and patient and I will continue to go here for my glasses and contacts because of Rachel's excellent service!

I loved having visited you, you are great, friendly professionals and you stry attention. I recommend that you don't waste time when it comes to lenses, VisionWorks are the best.
