We have been going to Dr. Logan for nearly 30 years and have always been pleased. However, our most recent interactions with the front desk staff, especially Kim, has been enough of a negative experience to warrant our switching eye doctors now. These women are very rude, and it's like pulling teeth to get even a simple answer out of them about my insurance or the status of my contacts and/or glasses. Not only that, but they are in a huff about having to go to a new computer system. The whole experience of going to the eye doctor there is ruined for us now, and we will be switching doctors just as soon as our current order arrives. I do not recommend this eye doctor's office as long as Kim and the other rude receptionists are still employed there.
Just got new glasses from Dr Bailey and needed an adjustment. Stopped by on Wed. 12/7. They were short staffed due to illness. There was only 1 woman doing adjustments and I just want to say she was doing a fabulous job. There were 4 of us waiting and she handled everything professionally and had such a pleasant way of doing so. Did I mention that she adjusted my glasses perfectly. She knows her job. I am sorry I don't remember her name, but I just wanted to say it's refreshing to find someone who is willing to help regardless of the circumstances and Thank you!
DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place that I thought was a great place SCREWED me over. It all started when I went to go to my check up for my eyes then after I go pick out a pair of glasses. When I picked out the pair I wanted I needed them to fit to my head since my head is kinda small so what they do is heat the sides of the frames backs of the glasses and curve them to adjust to your head, easy enough right? NO I had a new employee that did not know what the hell she was doing and when she burned them their manager said to me not burned just damaged the frames. So after she burned them they said they would replace it like they should. A week later I get a call asking if I want a frame that is the exact same but just a tad smaller so I said yes.. then I go two and a half weeks later to get my pair of glasses TWO WEEKS. Once I get there excited to finally get my glasses since I pretty much had to wait a month, I try on my glasses and they are supper tiny like a 12 old size pair of glasses and when I try to tell them that this isn't what I wanted because it's too small they told me there is nothing they can do since my insurance only covers one remake. If I lost you at anytime let me sum it up for you they burned my glasses and when I asked for a remake they said I couldn't because of how the new employee burned them the first time and making the smaller pair was the remake. Never go to Logan and Bailey!!!!
Fast friendly service, courteous staff. Your insurance most likely accepted. Very professional. Wide variety of frames. Nice stand alone building. Plenty of parking in a great part of town. Easy access. What's not to love?
Are your check-in ( not check out ) girls always rude and laugh at your patients? Oh, and one of your nurses or techs laughed also. Done while hiding behind folders. I told a family member to not go to Dr. Logan.
Proffessional and quality Service. The staff is very friendly, the doctors explain things well. Great selection of eyewear! Recommended!!!
Definitely the best staff in the area with a great selection of glasses for everyone. If you in the market for some new glasses check them out!
Been going here for 10 years now and have always had a top notch experience!
