Lisa & Optivision as a whole is amazing! She went out of her way to make sure I had a trial pair after my final left contact tore. Helped me order a new box for each eye even though my most recent exam had been with a competing optician. The best part, she noted how bent my eyeglass frames were and filed a claim with my insurance for a replacement pair.

We came here for the first time, my son is autistic and needed x tra guidance with the Dr, but the first impression was him across the room standing looking at us and said Yeah....I looked around then said are you asking us, he said Yeah.... We went into the room, At this time he should have introduced himself to my son. At least had a small conversation.But, he made me feel badgered when I told him that we didn't bring his other glasses, which was sooo very old, then he sat my son down to do the eye exam...He said can u read that...But my son needed Xtra...like saying something like Can you read the letters on the wall?... Something inspirational. There was more but he knows....We ended up walking out. Do not recommend. Won't go back.

Absolutely love Optivision, the staff is amazing and always welcoming. Have been going here since I was a child and my son as well. Highly recommend them if I could rate ten stars I would.

Awesome doctor, amazing staff! Was so nervous about having to get glasses, but walked out there feeling awesome about having to get BIFOCALS! The staff kept me laughing and truly enjoying every moment of my appointment.

This is by far the best optometrist in Richmond. Everyone here is extremely friendly and helpful, the doctor is caring and funny, and the selection of eyewear is amazing. Also very reasonably priced! Highly recommend this to anyone needing an eye exam!

I have been coming there for of and on 8 years! I love them! and the Dr hes very sweet and Lisa is my favorite! There like family. Definitely recommend them.

Love this place. The selection isn't hudge for medicade approved glasses but they have a lot of great pairs that are still cute. The workers and doctor are all wonderful. I would highly recommend this eye place to anyone

I went in for a pair of glasses to be fixed, and came out 30 minutes later because I was have fun talking with the lady at the counter, such sweet people there, 10/10 recommend doing buisness here.
