My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Melissa Owens for over 3 years. During that time we have seen Dr. Owens on a number of occasions. She has consistently been caring, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. She always explains things in our terms and takes the time to make it real. Her staff is also among the very best, the women in her office care and create a welcoming vibe. We moved away from the area and still travel back 152 miles round trip to see Dr. Owens. Distance has not been an issue and its well worth the effort. Highly recommend her Practice!

I had a great experience from the making my appointment to getting eyes checked to finally picking out my new glasses The customer service and care was amazing!! Percent excellent!

My boyfriend had been going here for years. My eye had gotten irritated and scratched and I didn't know why. My boyfriend called them and asked if they would see me (I had never been there before) and they got me in that morning. The Dr was even off that day and drove in just to check my eyes. The staff was very nice as well as the Dr. I scheduled an appointment to have an eye exam after that experience instead of returning to my previous Optometrist. The Dr took my other medical conditions into account and how they can effect my eyes, I was very impressed. I highly recommend Owen's Optometry.

Correction: I have the correct office. Not everyone uses there real name on the internet. There is such a thing as patient confidentiality. This is the worst doctors experience I've ever had. I've been going back and forth with this office for over a month to get the right prescription because they can't stop messing it up. There front office staff is rude and snotty. The doctors aren't knowledgeable at all. If you go for any other reason than an eye exam they don't know how to help you. Even then they can't get a prescription right. Then when they finally got my prescription right they decided to modify my frames without asking me and now my beloved frames fit awful. I will never go back to this practice. They are all awful!!!!!!

Dr's Jesse and Melissa Owens are both awesome and take great Care of our family. Joan is a Godsend, she goes above and beyond to help with the correct prescription and fit. Very professional and personable care.

I've been going to Owens for over 10 years. They've always been extremely kind and explain everything in amazing detail. Literally never been anywhere that cares about their patients as much as they do.

They are really knowledgeable staff who will help with anything or questions you may have for the service you received. The eye doctor knows exactly what they do. They are very complete. I mean they go through everything to make sure your eyes are healthy.

Very nice and they help people very well and they are good with their patients I've been going there for years and they are very nice ever since I've been there they have been very good to me and to doctor Jesse and Melissa Owens you both have been so very good to me for all this year's so to anyone who go to the optometry you will get good care from the doctors
