I've never had anything but great experiences at the Walmart vision center in Richmond,IN. My son just had his 1st eye exam there and my niece and myself are repeat visitors. All of the gals that work there are super sweet and helpful. You can order glasses there or you can ask for your prescription and order them online. The doctor we had was fantastic! Very informative (took a trip through my optic nerve) and accommodating. My niece has ASD so she's no stranger to staff being annoyed with her wiggles and quirks. They were not annoyed and the doctor instinctively did things like leave the exam room door open. It's the little things. Bravo guys!

I'd give a 0 if I could. The staff at this location are children. I've never had a more unprofessional phone call. Laughter in the background, I couldn't even hear the woman on the phone. An older woman constantly interrupting me and being weird. This phone call made me so livid. I have never cussed out someone on the phone like that. It was the absolute worst phone call with a "Professional Medical Office" that I have ever had. We WILL NEVER go back to this location. Do better Andrea! SO gross!

Our regular eye Dr wasn't available for several months so we went here on a whim. They were so friendly and absolutely wonderful. Loved the eye Dr but the people who truly made the visit so wonderful were the ladies out front. Love love love those sweet ladies especially kierra (i think that was her name) They may have won my business over forever.

I guess it's okay for them to close early here. I had glasses ready since a Wednesday but couldn't get someone to cover the last part of my shift until Friday. So I head that way from Winchester which is a 45 minute drive. Walked in at 5 till 8, (which I realize is cutting it close but all I was doing was picking up a pair of glasses that was already ready. I see a woman standing there with the gate already closed and the lights out. So I ask "hey can I please get my glasses? They are already readyto go. " she just shrugs and smiles and said "everything is already locked up". No sorry. That's what I got. So an hour and half drive worth of gas and time for nothing. I have literally never complained online about anything but what a pain. I run a business that does not give me the option of closing shop early on a Friday. Must be nice.

I will be taking my buisness else where!!! They was super fast on getting us in to get eyes checked. They told us the would be their in a week at most and payed up front for the glasses.Well its going on the third week and still no .????? Not very happy at this point!!! I will be taking my future appointments as well as the rest of my family to yaryin's eye center. My kids go their and don't matter how many times I have had to get always ready for pick up in 5 to 6 days.
