I asked the lady to adjust only the nose pads and not the end pieces, explaining that you cant adjust those because they will break. Very simple stuff thats been done often at various places. For some reason while she's adjusting, a man says they can't be responsible if the glasses get damaged. I asked her to do one simple thing thats been done plenty of times at many other places. The adjustment was done and nothing was damaged. I'm not sure why you're getting involved or saying that outta your mouth. But I wont be returning just off this experience alone.

I normally do don't write bad reviews. However, I feel this one is justified. I came in to get contacts, I had been wearing Toric lens for 30 years. Bob, took me out and put me in multi focal lenses and mono focal lenses. The lenses left me with no near vision. I went in 4 times to find something that worked. I was told I did not need Toric lenses. No one would explain to me why the lenses I walked in with, worked perfectly. I just needed a stronger prescription. I gave up, paid out of pocket and went to a optometrist this time. It was explained to me , that I would have to sacrifice either my near or far vision. I was given the choice! I choose my far. I'm back in my original lenses, just stronger. I can see just about perfect, now. I'm not saying this clinic is bad or anything, I would have been liked to have things explained to me and given the decision as to what I would be more happy with in the long run. Taking more time with clients, can make all the difference.

I could not have had a better experience! Bob is wonderful to work with, as well as super affordable for someone who does not have optic insurance. After a kayaking incident yesterday causing me to lose my glasses, he was able to get me a new pair of glasses in about 20 minutes flat! I'd give 10 stars if I had the option.
