I was not sure what to expect from a virtual experience but the technician made it seamless. The person answering the phone and scheduling was not that friendly. So glad I did not let that stop me.

The whole experience was awesome! Everyone was super friendly. The ladies at the front got me in a room quickly. Claire was incredible. Very friendly, answered my questions, made the whole appointment a breeze. I didn't like the teledoc concept the first time, but this time was way better!

Staff was friendly and helpful, but they don't have a Dr. on site so you can't just do the regular Exam that is covered by insurance, they make you do the retinal imaging as well which comes with an additional charge. I did not appreciate that as it wasn't a needed service yet we couldn't opt out. If it's mandatory for the exam, then it is the exam and should be covered as such.
