Vision 4 Less

It was quiet when we arrived. I found plenty of frames to choose from. Once I found out about the 2 for special I chose two pair in different colors. Then I got a pair of sunglasses too.The price was right and within an hour I had 3 new pairs!! The gal who helped me was patient and helpful! It was a great experience!!

Even though they were busy as heck. They did a wonderful job. There was only 1 lady doing it all on the glasses side She kept her cool so well.. Eye dr side were very pleasant as well. I give the whole place a 110%.

My experience at the store was good. Emily was very kind and welcoming and answered all the questions I had very kindly. I got 2 glasses for $40 and upgraded to the scratch protection with one of my glasses having the sunglasses shade and am able to change them out at any time when I come to the store if I want to switch, they get scratched, I don't want the sun shade or a different shade so I feel good about that l. Sadly it only last a year but that's alright. There are a variety of different glasses to choose from here from $20 frames to designer frames that cost hundreds of dollars. ALSO the eye doctor was very nice and even educated me a little bit on how the eye works etc. So that was kool I do think there should be a sign in the middle of the store saying to those who walk in to sign in at the computers as it seems they are a bit understaffed and there is not always someone to tell people who walk in to go up to the computer and sign in. ( they do have a sign by the computer it's just really small and at the front of the store making it difficult to see ) I think they could use another staff member to help Emily and the other girl on the floor help the people who come in and answer phones. I would imagine working here to be a bit stressful when they are understaffed. Anyways thanks for the help! I appreciate it

They were very good at explaining what they were going to do. I felt very satisfied with picking out my frames. When I picked up my glasses I felt very confident they knew what they were doing. I would definitely tell anyone looking for a good eye glasses experience to go to Vision For Less!!

Clearly, this franchise has it going on because the customers were stacked five deep in the middle of a Tuesday afternoon I waited patiently for 20 minutes. I stood at the counter. I made eye contact. Nobody said a word to me. I noticed that they have a tool for registering for an appointment online I would think that that would be the only way to operate with these guys Fellow that I stood and chat with said He'd already been there for two hours getting an exam and glasses. maybe I'm impatient, but I walked out without making a purchase.

How do you not have an email to print a prescription? Came in. Can't print my script. You wasted my time. I'm sorry I didn't have it printed. I assumed, in the last month of 2025, your store would have email / printing capabilities. I didn't realize your tech was so out of date. My bad. I won't be back. Sorry for wasting "your" time. I certainly don't want to buy new glasses from a company that can't afford email.

Doug was amazing to work with and made my daughter feel better about having to get her first glasses! We will definitely be back

Emily at the Dubuque Vision for Less/ Eyemart Express was extremely helpful and friendly. Could not ask for a better experience. I don't believe I would ever go elsewhere
