I had a great experience at Key City Vision in Dubuque, IA! Dr. Jeff is incredibly attentive and polite, and he truly takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and educate his patients rather than rushing through appointments. You can tell he genuinely cares about patient outcomes. The office staff is equally impressive--very knowledgeable about insurance and extremely helpful with fittings, which makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. Dr. Manternach's office also has an excellent selection of frames with styles that work for all face types. On top of that, the office itself is spotless, modern, and very welcoming, which makes the entire experience even more comfortable. If you're looking for an eye care provider who combines professionalism, education, and a clean, welcoming environment, I highly recommend Key City Vision.

I need to stop wrestling with my black Labrador retriever who squashed my frames. Never been in the shop and I likely will not go back. It's beautiful and the staff charming. I think it's reasonable to charge a fee for service but in 63 years I don't know that I've ever been asked to sign a release to adjust my frame or to pay a five dollar fee for the service. I found out about it after the work was done And it just left a sour taste in my mouth again perfectly reasonable just like to know about it before springing it on me at the end.

Dr Manternach and his team are professional and exceptional! Office is modern, beautiful and the frames are unique. You won't find some of these frames anywhere else in town.

I am a new patient here and just wanted normal aviation style glasses with the maximum FOV for functionality purposes like my current Adolfo Glasses, but there wasn't any selection to fit this. The place looks great though and the staff is friendly. I had some questions about the eye scan and they were very helpful in information about the process and didn't push me to either get it or not get it, they simply helped me be more informed on the decision!

Extremely Friendly Staff & the Atmosphere is Outstanding. Dr. Jeff definitely takes Great Pride making sure the Client is Very Well Informed. True Professionalism !!!!! The selection of glasses is very vast.

I got a pair of computer glasses that I just love and being that we don't live in town, she even mailed them to me so I could start using them right away thanks so much Such a great experience at key city vision

I have never had a bad experience here. Every person who works here is so professional and the doctors are excellent. They also have the most fashionable frames in town and I really trust their opinions when I need help choosing a new pair of glasses for myself or my son. I would never go anywhere else.

Key City Vision is the only place I will recommend anyone going to for glasses/eye care. I have tried many different vision centers in the area and Key City does laps around everyone for a few different reasons. First, the atmosphere of the center is incredible. It is a clean, and comfortable doctors office. Second, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and they do not pressure you to spend more money than you feel comfortable. Third (and most important) Dr.Manternach is so patient and kind with his patients. He listens to you and gives you his honest opinion (not necessarily what is most expensive). As an added bonus to all of this, they have beautiful glasses in all different price points. I get so many compliments on my glasses.
