Found the staff to be very rude and loud, never again. the one that was extremely rude, perhaps a supervisor was telling a patient about how Medical Associates would bill her before she gets to her car. She interjected when I was speaking to my sales rep about my Oxyview glasses. I had already spent $800 on lenses and was going to buy a second set when this disgruntled woman employee said "we can't do it, it is too hard". So they lost a sale and a customer. I was also treated poorly by a male employee when I ordered my $800+ lenses.
