2nd time here for my daughter, very clean place, nice staff from the receptionist to the assistants , and the Dr. That sees my child very professional, polite and makes sure that your/child care is being met! I love the way they make your child visit as easy and comfortable as they can. This place is VERY KID FRIENDLY I highly recommend it.

Front Desk Zuly was great, assisted me with filling out paperwork and made scheduling appointments so much easier! Vision tech Alyson made my niece feel so comfortable throughout the eye testing process, she explained everything she was doing and made my niece feel so comfortable.

Last time I took my child they told her to put her hand up if she felt any pain, when she did they told her to put it down and ignored her. Also I went recently and they somehow hurt my daughter AGAIN (who doesn't have sensitive teeth) and kept on brushing her gums rather than her teeth. Then they left us and forgot about us, we tried to wait but 20 minutes is way too long.
