Hire someone better to answer phones!!! The male that answered was extremely rude, I ended up scheduling at mission eyecare and I'm very happy with that. I reccomend to everyone in the area!! Mission eye care!! That man whos answering phones is going to run off all their patients. Couldnt even answer the phone at first. had to call me back multiple times. Terrible customer service you are an eye doctor DO BETTER. No wonder business is so poor. I would honestly just hire someone better. Hospitality is very poor here

This office demonstrated a complete disregard for custody orders, basic medical ethics, and professional conduct. Despite me having full residential custody, this practice allowed the other parent to: Remove my address from my child's medical account and replace it with hers without my knowledge or consent Schedule and attend a doctor's appointment outside of her parenting time, again without notifying or consulting me Be contacted first for glasses pickup, resulting in my child currently not having access to their prescribed glasses All of this was done while the office claims they "have the court orders on file," which makes their actions even more alarming. To make matters worse, during phone calls I was repeatedly addressed as "ma'am" after explicitly identifying myself as the child's father. This was corrected multiple times and continued anyway. Whether intentional or not, it was unprofessional, disrespectful, and escalated an already serious situation. Medical offices do not get to pick sides in custody matters, alter patient records at one parent's request, or ignore the custodial parent. This behavior directly harmed my child's continuity of care and access to necessary medical equipment. If you are a co-parent--especially in a high-conflict or court-ordered custody situation--do not trust this office to follow orders, protect records, or act neutrally. I am documenting everything and escalating appropriately. I would strongly recommend management review their policies before this happens to another family.

We typically see Dr Brian Coble but both doctors are wonderful. My husband and I have been coming here for years. They are honest and patient with all our questions. We recently had an eye emergency with our 5year old child and they were able to get us in for a same day appointment. Highly recommend this office. Thank you.

Wonderful experience. The staff was extremely helpful with picking out the right frames and lenses. The Doctor was very nice and recommended eye drops for allergies that actually work. He even offered to write a prescription if needed if the recommended eye drops didn't work. I got a call later in the day to let me know the frames I ordered were on back order. They ordered a different color for me so I can have my new script while I wait for a couple months for the frames I want to come in. Over all I am super happy!

They got me, a non patient, in right at opening for an eye infection I had during a vacation. They were all super nice and it was affordable. Only issue is they didn't take Tricare.

I can see at night while driving! I love my new specs! Thank you Dr. Coble My appointment was on time, definitely thorough. I didn't know what I needed or wanted. Dr. Coble took great care in explaining everything to my understanding. Highly recommended.

To the point. After almost a 30 minute wait past my appointment time which was the second appointment after lunch, I got up and walked out. I took time off from work and scheduled other appointments Immediately after this one. Your disregard for my time is rude, crude and unacceptable. And you have the nerve to text me five times in the prior three weeks to confirm my appointment. Since this is not the first occurrence, it will be the the last as I will find another office that is respectful of the patients time.

Very knowledable doctors, father-son buisness, no huge corporate oberhead, even though I go in annually they remember me. The entire staff is knowledgeable about eyewear and eye care. Selection of glasses are wonderful so many and very stylish. Dr. Cobel is always up to date on the latest technology and is open to suggesting things, never pushy he, gives the facts, He is always willing to try and answer any questions I may have. I highly recommend Cobel Eye Associates.
