I had a good experience with this eye care center, they were professional and friendly. Although I was a bit tired from the festivities the night before and fell asleep in the office, they made sure they got me up so I wouldn't lose my place in line because it was on a first come, first serve based Overall awesome place and highly recommend but eye exam and lense prices are a bit steep, change this and they will always get business from people like me who's on a budget...

I went in to get an eye exam to get some contacts. After checking in I had to wait over 2 hours to be called. The doctor didn't know my prescription after doing the exam. They had to asked me what my prescription was, which I don't know and is the reason why I'm there to find out! They gave me the wrong prescription strength contacts to try. Since they didn't know my prescription they gave me different contact strengths to try for a month. This was very frustrating and disappointing!!! Their professionalism was the only thing that was decent and earn them a 1 star rating. Other than that everything else was terrible. This is the first time I been to this place and will be last. Never coming back to this place again. Worst experience ever!

don't waste your time going here. went in for a walk in at 12 assumed it be at 12 and no one communicated to me that the doctor needs to take an hour lunch break (not even the four women who were all sitting at their desks) when you get there for a walk in. no one knows how to communicate anything and when i asked the front desk they proceeded to be rude and act like im in the wrong for asking a question. wasted forty minutes of my time for a bunch of bull.

The service and professional services should not be overlooked. I normally go to Discovery Vision in Western Wyandotte and this place was so much better and not near as expensive as the Discovery Vision. I tried to make an appointment with Discover and they said August. That was four months. This place took me that day and treated me with sincereness and professionalism. Every time I walk into Discovery Vision I feel as if the staff makes you feel that it is a privilege to be there and that they are better than you. I believe they need to step down off their high horse and take a visit here and learn some customer service. I give them 10 stars out of five and will definitely come back. Great Job- Way too shine.
