I recently visited the VisionWorks location by The Legend and received outstanding assistance from Ralph. He was extremely professional, friendly, and able to adjust my glasses perfectly.
In contrast, when I previously visited the VisionWorks in Lee-Summit MO, I encountered unhelpful service. The associate, Janae, there was dismissive and stated that attempting to adjust my glasses might break them, and therefore she could not assist me. She made me waited 3 hours in her store. In the end, she still kicked me out without service.
I am grateful to Ralph for providing excellent customer service and resolving the issue with skill and professionalism. VisionWorks is fortunate to have him on their team.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The sales associate promptly asked how she could help me. She checked my insurance availability while I looked at the frames. After she verified my insurance she helped me with the rest of the process and I was on my way out the door in less than 45 minutes. I will return next time I need glasses.

I have always enjoyed the staff at vision works, their professionalism I've always rated top notch however the medical team,doctors, have drop the ball when it comes to listening to customers, their ability to actually what a person is saying is basically non existence,so you receive the worst possible service that doesn't come close to care yet your benefits are gone,and you are in a position of total discomfort for a year. For those of you that are familiar with this cycle, there's great news, Discover Vision Centers,if you want genuine help for your eyes your going to be very pleased with their approach and diagnosis,I had mites in my eyes, yes I asked the same question what are they, two hours later my eyes are not leaking fluid they don't hurt and I don't need caderack surgery, last but certainly not least I still have 20/20 vision something that I supposedly lost five years ago and I don't need surgery on my eyes. I hope this helps someone that's having issues with their vision.

When visiting the store, my needs were met and the associate took the time to help me in finding frames that fit my lifestyle. I liked the fact that the store was clean and not overly crowded, it's also conveniently located. They have a wide variety of name brands but need more Coach frames, since that's what I prefer.
