To preface, I only came to this location because my primary go-to did not have any appointments available. 6/4/24 was my initial visit with Dr. Larcom and she was great, no issues at all with that part of the visit. 6/14/24 is when my trial contacts arrived and I received a text to confirm I would be picking up and I did. I searched the location hours and on Fridays they close at 5 PM per online hours and per the text I received. Well I showed up at 4:40 PM and I walked to the door to see that it was closed. I go to the front door (clear glass doors) where I can see the staff there on their desks and I am trying to wave at them. Jessica was sitting facing the door and mouthing to me "cerrado," which I was confused because it was 20 min prior to their close time that is listed online and on their business front doors. I drove 20+ minutes after work to rush there in time for me to get turned away. I didn't leave as I wanted a staff member to communicate professionally as to what was going on. I finally am let in, but I could feel the entire staff staring me down in annoyance because I refused to leave. Again, I was only picking up my trial contacts that is it! I decided to tell the woman that was mouthing things to me through the glass door that that was unprofessional and uncalled for since she saw me through the door but made no motion to get up and talk to me. Their response was "we close early when the doctor isn't here." Again, that's not fair to someone driving aways to pick up their items. Jessica was extremely rude as she raised her voice to me and said "didn't you understand what I was telling you through the door?" I was shocked that she was still unaware of how unprofessional that was considering that she could've just walked to the door and talk to me. Overall, the entire female staff were backing up Jessica and I simply grabbed my trials and literally told myself I would never come back to this place.

Received extremely poor customer service from Jessica. Communication skills were rude and not professional at all. Business has also been closing earlier than business hours posted. Would have been nice to know before making a drive when they specially told me over the phone that I could pick up my order anytime during business hours. Will not be returning to this location any longer.

got me in quickly. doctor took care of emergency issue. very reasonable price. knowledgeable, and friendly. the staff was very acomadating even looking outside for a parking spot for me with a trailer.

Very Professional and courteous staff, facility was nice and clean pleasant environment fast service I was in and out.

The lady was very helpful and patient when helping me find a pair of frames. The doctor was also a very person.

No is bad not make very good suscripcion and the glasses not is got is trash people

Worst experience ever. Peor experiencia con una clinica de oculista que me aiga susesido. Tengo 29 anos y uso lentes desde que tenia 10 anos y contactos desde que tenia 14! mas de la mitad de mi exsistensia; Desidi aser mi consulta con este oculista El ano pasado en Septiembre porque me movi al area y la clinica esta a 3 minutos de mi casa y claro darle una oportunidad y tratar con mi gente latina!, Mala idea!!!!! Mi reseta de contactos me latima algo que podria ver sido resuelto cuando me dieron mi par de contactos para pobrar por una semana para asegurar que no ubiera problems pues El par que me dieron no esra la esacta talla/ par de contactos que la doctora reseto solo UN par SIMILARES ..... CUANDO REGRESE ALA SEMANA PARA ASEGURAR QUE TODO ESTA BIEN CON MI RESETA TODO ESTABA BIEN! No tube nigun problema con Los contactos pues El problema vino cuando me dieron la resete y compre mis cajas de contactos la cuales si Eran la talla que me abia resetado la cual si me causaba dolor en El ojo. De primera pense puede SEr que Los contactos que compre benian con defectos, ordene mas y El problema siguio... El problema no era que El contacto era defectuoso sino la reseta no esra Buena como Tengo recipe nasidos y ojos pequenita SE me ase difisil ir coriendo a resolver este problema y claro uso lentes y mis contactos en occasions especiales pues final mente tube tiempo para aser una sita y que me rsulevan mi receta de contactos. Hable y me dijieron que tenia que Pagar por otra sita. Esta clinica no es para la Gente esta clinica es para sus bolsillos su objetivo es como sacarle mas dinero ala jente y si tienes aseguransa ala aseguransa. El servicio es terrible aunque asen un buen trabajo en tratar de ocultarlo, una ves que tuviste tu sita y sales de la puerta si tienes un problema con Tus gafas oh contactos pues lla no es su problema almenos que claro pages por otra sita para que resuelvan un El problema/ error que Ellos cometieron. En verdad me da asco y tristesa la Gente que SE approvecha especial Mente de su propia jente latina que muchas veses son de vajo recursos oh que simple Mente trabajan DURO por su dinero para que venga ah una clinica donde debe la clinica tener El mejor interes del clinente pero simple Mente tienen el mejor interes de sus bolsillos la jente hispana biene a lugares como Este por la convenience de que hablan espanol llo vine aqui por la conveniencia de que esta serca de mi hogar pero no buelbo.

Un trato muy amable por parte del personal y la Doctora estoy en espera de mis nuevos lentes
