She was very good with my kids but when I told her my insurance covers 2 pairs of glasses a year she wouldn't even look into it. She just told me they can't do that. I went to another doctor last year and they ordered 2 sets of glasses for both of my kids with no problem and she wouldn't even try. So I'm going back to our old eye doctor once I get her glasses.
