Mark G. Coble, OD

I been going to Coble Eye Associates for over 25 years. Mark's dad saved me from macular degeneration. With in the the last year I got new glasses. I got the antiglare for nighttime and anti scratch resistant coating. I called and told him the anti glare was wearing off, and you could see it when you looked at the lens. He said we will replace the lens under warranty, no need to come in and show him. That is how a business should be run. I don't usually give anyone a five star rating because no one is perfect. But Dr. Mark and his staff are great.

The Doctor is very nice, helpful, and all around concerned with your vision. I really like Dr. Coble. The front desk/staff is not so good. In particular, Rachel is rude. I called to pick up my glasses as I am supposed to do, when you arrive. I still had to wait outside at the door at least an additional 3-5 mins. No one said wait in the car, we will come get you or call you, nothing! I could see 2 people, a woman and her child in the waiting area.She STILL brought my glasses OUTSIDE for me to try on! How was I supposed to see myself? The reflection? I had to ask to go inside! I understand with Covid there is limited access inside however; two people had walked out prior to me ASKING to go inside(they came from the back). Once in, I tried my glasses on. I told her they didn't sit well, they're sliding and not a tight fit. She responds with, "well its not much I can do about that." Excuse me, I know you do adjustments! She says, "well let me see if I can adjust them, for you. She had me so baffled, when she brought them back, they still didn't fit good! I just told her, thanks they will do and left! I've been going here for years and NEVER had an issue with anyone! I don't know if she 's new or was having a bad day, or thats just her everyday rudness! I got a call from her afterwards, apologizing if she "offended" me! Really lady?! I simply just want the same respect you should be giving all your clients! If you can avoid interaction with Rachel, I'm sure you will be fine. I would've gave a better rating but she needs some customer service training. Im also still not satisfied with my glasses!

I've been a patient of Dr. Coble for several years and I'm very satisfied with the level of care he provides.
