Drs. Dobbins & Letourneau Eye Care

Going to any kind of doctor is stressful, in my opinion, but today was a completely different experience. From start to finish, the entire office made me feel welcomed and uplifted. The front desk was kind and straightforward about expected costs and insurance coverage. The assistant, Brooklyn, was so sweet and honestly my favorite part of the visit! Dr. Dobbins kept things light, efficient, and prompt. To top it all off, the person who helped me check out sent me on my way laughing and smiling as I walked out the door. Thank you for providing such a great Saturday experience for a doctor's appointment!

I basically got robbed. I was not informed whether there would be any extra fees and that my total should be somewhere around $120. The bill came up to $260.. They would not breakdown the cost. When I asked why it changed they pitched a retinal scan that still didn't add up even with the cost of that. I would recommend telling them you want full price, details and transparency upfront, or find business elsewhere.

It disappoints me to make a bad review because the lady who helped me pick my glasses was amazing, and the doctor was great as well. However, the communication piece is something I believe the employees need refreshed training on. I had my insurance call this office to get the co-pay information, and I was told my co-pay would only be the difference for my glasses. I made sure to ask what I would have to pay before booking my appointment with them. However, I was charged $39 for an eye image, and I was not made aware of this fee until the very end of my appointment. I then waited a week and a half for an update or to see if my glasses were ready. I called and was told I would receive a call back, but I never did. I had to call again, and then I received a call 20 minutes later saying my glasses were not done but could possibly be ready tomorrow, although they were not sure what time. I explained the urgency of needing them, and Zoey offered to mail them. I'm unsure if that was meant to be helpful, but it did not feel like a thoughtful response given the situation. Overall, I am highly unimpressed with this place and will not be going back. This has been my worst experience at an eye doctor, and usually those are the easiest appointments.

This was my first time here and they've made such a lasting first impression. From front desk, Clifton, Dr. Letourneau, and Emily - I was greeted and presented with such excellent care and customer service. Thank you for making me feel welcome and comfortable here for my exam and soon new glasses!

The people are so kind, friendly and helpful! Service is fast and efficient. They have a good amount of frame choices, many fun ones. Good quality.

Dr Letournue was very professional and thorough examing my eye health and new prescription! The office staff were very friendly and helpful! This is an amazing new office with high tech machines for eye exams and choosing frames! I would highly recommend making your appointment with Dr Letournue!

These ladies and gentleman were AWESOME . I lost my Mother a few months ago and was feeling pretty down. I had planned to just go in get done and bounce. But the vibe in the place was so upbeat and Jolly I could have hung out with them all day. They really lifted my Spirit and made me forget for the time I was there that I was down. Truly enjoyed my appointment and will definitely go back for my next eye exam. LUV these ladies and gentleman.

Just a great experience. The exam was quick and easy. They are using the latest technology which made the experience pleasant. Each person was very professional and fun. My doctor answered all my questions so could I understand. Very happy with my time there.
