The EyeDoctors Optometrists

Everyone at EyeDoctors did an amazing job facilitating space for my disabled son. They were able to move him through the facility and use available devices to provide a corrective solution for his very difficult health situation. We left happy and satisfied.

The people who work here are really fantastic. The front desk people, the assistants, the doctors, the eyewear sales people. i truly have no complaints about them. I have been going to this location for several years. my complaints lie with the corporate takeover of the clinic. the endless phone calls and notifications, with a threat to cancel the appointment if we don't confirm. the extra contact lens worksheet they make us sign after an eye appointment -- it's creepy to make the staff do that to us. we know them!! they have our best interests at heart and are so patient. to go on, the computers constantly being down, slow, or unable to access information. all the weird disclaimers we have to sign. like pages of disclaimers. when they try to collect money, the email and phone communication are from a weird address/location and i'm nervous because it seems scammy. this whole roll out with the new ownership has been done really bad frankly, i know this because i work in comms and marketing. do better. everything seems like a corporate grift taking away from a really nice place to go get your eyes checked!

My elderly mom had not been to an eye doctor in way too long and her vision was giving her problems that's affecting her quality of life. I finally talked her in to seeing someone and contacted The Eye Doctors. I presented them with a series of challenges/hurdles that we had to overcome to get to an appointment. 1. the weather had to be decent (no snow/rain/at least over 40o) 2. Mom had to be having a good day that day 3. An afternoon appointment was preferred. Apparently the stars aligned just right because when I spoke with Office Manager Cindy, she said they were maybe 2 months out for appointments, but they had a last-minute cancellation that next afternoon and would that work? I JUMPED at the appointment and then called Mom to tell her what I'd arranged and that we'd be going to get her eyes checked the next day. Elm helped Mom when she arrived and walked her through the tech part of the visit before Dr. Jayme Brown walked into the office. Dr. Brown reviewed the details Elm had generated about Mom's eyes then did her own exam. It turns out Mom has some pretty serious cataracts and what looks like a thinning of the macula that might or might not be typical dry AMD. Dr. Brown was able to answer all of my questions as well as mom's questions. And most importantly, she took time to make sure my mom's apprehension about the whole process was resolved as best it could be. Mom requires a referral to a retina specialist, which The Eye Doctors already handled. Mom has an appointment with a retina specialist scheduled within the month.

Dr. Hamilton has cared for my vision since we moved here 5 years ago. The friendly and professional atmosphere kept me returning. On my last visit I learned that I have need of cataract surgery and was promptly referred to a physician of my choice and location. I will continue to rely on this office for my eye care.

I was really happy with the customer service I was given. I accidentally missed my appointment schedule and the team was able to get me in for my eye exam. Very helpful and accommodating!!!

Absolutely horrible experience! Communication has been horrible! The eye doctor did not write a prescription for glasses, so I have be. unable to order new glasses and can not get anyone to call me back. Trail contacts were the wrong prescription. Called and left 3 messages with the eye doctor and never received an answer back. Also, never received a call back from the office manager after needing help with my insurance. My family will not be back!

Staff was friendly and got me in and out quickly. Helpful in letting me choose a new pair of glasses. Excited to get them! Thank you

Dr. Hamilton and her staff were kind and very professional. All of my questions and concerns were addressed and I didn't feel rushed in any way. Very good experience.
