Loved Dr Brown!! She was efficient and friendly and I enjoyed the time with her. Nick, the assistant, was fantastic, as well!!
The front office staff was a bit too busy talking amongst themselves which delayed the end of the visit. Kellie was busy listening to other conversations and looking around when she was supposed to be checking me out. Then she walked away with my payment and continued to converse with the staff at the main desk. I'm not really sure how customer service got so lost everywhere but it needs to make a come back!!!
If I return, it will only be for an eye exam with Dr Brown and nothing more.

i was really happy to be able to schedule an appointment on a saturday! my weekdays are so hectic and busy with work. not only that, but everyone i interacted with, all the way from the front desk to the end, was so friendly. made a simple annual eye exam a very nice experience!! <3

Staff are friendly and polite. I was seen quickly and had no problems. I received a recommendation for a lasik place when I asked for one, and they weren't pushy or anything when I chose not to schedule with their partner right away. I went there once pre-pandemic and remember having a good experience that time too. Would recommend.

I'm from out of town and needed my bent frames repaired (don't leave your glasses on couches my friends) I was so lucky to find that the Eye Doctors were still open at 6:30 at night and they fixed my frames for me! I asked what I owed her and she told me not to worry about it. Seriously made a stressful situation way easier and I really appreciated their friendly service!
