Lost my other half year of contacts and they won't give me a new box due to they're own mistake and miss communication, I never picked them up when they first came in because I didn't know it was that urgent and it was marked down as received at some point and I was pretty much told there was nothing they could do. I even took my glasses in about three weeks ago and a nice man told me I'd get a call when they were done within two weeks.. never got that call either. Most of the staff there seem uncaring and unhelpful, which is fair but eye products are expensive I don't have time to be playing around with people like that. I would not personally keep using these services

These geniuses have been spamming me with automated voicemails about "your annual appointment is due" for a couple years now. Never asked for any reminders whatsoever, and they even call before my annual appt is even close to due. Tried blocking them but they just call again from another unique number - which is how you can tell it's a planned and systemic approach and not a "one off."
