What a great experience. I've had my frames for a few months now. It was my first time at Wink. I absolutely appreciated the hands-on consultation with Emily. I had some very strong opinions on what I wanted. She took me out of my comfort zone and we found a stunning frame. I never felt pressured or pressed for time. The quality of the frames of course are to be expected with the hefty price tag. Only the best of the best at Wink. The lens are of the highest quality. The pickup was easy but comprehensive. I was shown how to care for my glasses, especially since they're leather frames. That I can return for fittings and repair is also fantastic. Super duper happy with my glasses, thank you so much!

My entire family buys our frames at wink. The staff are the most incredible people in town. They make you feel like they are your best friend every time you walk in. We now live in Colorado and still come back to lawrence for all of our eyewear needs. Highly recommend

I recently scratched the lenses on my favorite pair of glasses, and I was devastated. I had called around to a few other local places, but their prices were quite high, and I don't have insurance. I called Wink, and they were able to offer me a higher quality lens, all of the 'bells and whistles' (anti-scratch coating, anti-reflective coating, transitions lenses) for MUCH less than other places. They also have a 2-year warranty on lenses, which is AMAZING and much better than I've found at other establishments. On top of offering a great deal, my experience here was FANTASTIC. I had my lenses in just under a WEEK and I didn't even have to give up my glasses during that time - I brought them in when the lenses arrived, and they put them in place for me on the spot. They also cleaned my glasses very thoroughly, AND gave me a new case, microfiber cleaning cloth, and lens cleaning spray. Overall, the staff are incredibly kind and knowledgeable, the space is chic and welcoming...it really is an EXPERIENCE. 11/10, would recommend to EVERYONE. :)

Grateful for this eyewear store that has provided high quality service for many years in downtown Lawrence! I stopped in to see if I could get a favorite pair of readers fixed and was greeted by Quinn who explained that all their glasses were cleaned daily and I was welcome to try anything on. The staff kindly fixed my glasses as I waited and coached me on what the next steps might look like for my changing vision. Thank you, Wink. I will definitely be back!.

I bought my first pair of frames from Wink about 3 (7 years as of 2022) years ago, and for the entirety of the wear, they were so helpful. They remember their customers by name and will do adjustments and cleanings regardless of when they were bought. I just went in to order my second pair from them this week, and per usual, the attention to detail and willingness to find a pair that worked with my face was stellar. Edit: A year later and I still love my second pair. I did damage my frame pretty severely after a fall. The staff fixed them within an hour and did not charge a dime! Edit 2: I am now on my third pair! I still have both originals and both are in good shape and will continue to last for years to come.

You are greeted by enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff. And their attention to detail and desire to find the perfect frames for your face are unmatched. Each and every member of the Wink staff is truly a craftsman and they will not lead you astray. I have purchased my last several pairs of glasses from Wink, and I am not exaggerating when I say that I get at least bi-weekly compliments on my frames. The fact that Wink is a local business that supports many local events and causes is just an added bonus! Everyone in Lawrence and the surrounding area should be proud to support this business!

Absolutely the BEST eye-wear store in the area. The service is superb. The selection of unique, hand-crafted frames is phenomenal. And, I love the quality of the lenses they use. I now have about ten different frames from Wink and I continue to get comments on each pair every time I wear them ... some are approaching seven or eight years old and I still get compliments.
