Dr Means was outstanding and met all of my needs. The support staff was excellent, but it was obvious to me that the training staff has not provided proper training for some of the staff members at the N Ridge office. I look forward to my next visit to their excellent staff who did an awesome job.

Dr. Means is a wonderful professional, he has been taking care of my eyes for 3 years and I never have any problems.

Dr Means has been providing my eye care for 5 years. He has always taken the time to listen to my concerns and his evaluations are always comprehensive and unhurried. I have complete confidence that I am receiving the best eye care available.

I am 24 Year old female. I have been going to Dr. Means for 3 years now. Every single time that I have seen Dr. Means from the moment I get called back to the moment I leave, everyone is very professional and very nice! When I see Dr. Means he sits down and talks(asks me how I am doing, vision problems, etc) At no point during the exam do I feel like he is in a rush to get out of the room to see the next patient(I work in the health care field, so I am sure he IS in a hurry to get out of there to see the next patient, but I as a patient can not tell). He never seems annoyed by my questions, which I am sure he answers 50 times in a day for other patients. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He is not one of those doctors that you can tell basically say the same thing over and over again, day after day. Today I had a chance to meet one of his assistants or nurses(Sorry, I did not ask her her title) her name was Natalie. She was so helpful and so nice, which is always much appreciated and very hard to find. She did not seem bothered when I had a couple questions for her after Dr. Means stepped out of the room. Like I said, I work in the health care field so I pay extra attention to every part of my visit and if the smallest thing turns me off about a doctors visit, dentist visit, chiropractor, whatever the case may be, I will take my business elsewhere. With Dr. Means, I have not once thought about looking for another optometrist! P.S. Greene Vision Group locations price match any prices for contacts(as long as you take in a print out of the promotion)! Thank you Dr. Means and Natalie for having outstanding chair-side manner!

Barbara was most excellent. Made me feel at ease, since eye exams are the most stressful for me. Dr. Means was pleasant and easy to communicate with. Can't wait to get my glasses from Hutchinson.

Our whole family sees Dr Means. We love him. He's so kind, patient, and thorough. Helps that he has a bunch of his own kids. He goes the extra mile every single visit.

Dr Means is the best optometrist ever! I highly recommend him! I've been a patient for over 20 years and I wouldn't see anyone else! He's awesome!
