Eyeglass World

I visited this store three times attempting to purchase frames in one day. Service was nonexistent the first visit, the second visit was assisted with insurance look up, I waited for the same staff to become available due to being ignored by the other staff. I left and went back a third time ( my mistake) to be acknowledged by Diane. Gave her my paperwork and frames. Right in the middle of serving me- she stopped to help someone else with a frame complaint-- with not a word to me. Fully stopped, looked this lady up and held a full conversation like I was not sitting there - with a purchase. Called back to hear the manager say " yeah, she told me about it. She should not of done that but the other worker is new and needed help. We don't normally do things like that " Not satisfied with none of the interaction- my money isn't good enough for good service

They just lost a customer due to the rude blonde older short thin lady. These past 3years we've chosen this place because of our excellent eye doctor right next door, and we've ordered all our glasses from these place (yes we are a family of 6). And every time we go in after our eye app. She has trouble with our insurance. Today she starts off with " is this any state insurance card" with her "I am higher than any else's attitude", well I proceeded to tell her no, our insurance is through my employer, so no lady no every large family has state insurance, some of us unfortunately make too much money to get that and even if we were, she has no right to discriminate anyone there, just for the simple fact, you get paid no matter what. Well once again she starts with her nasty attitude like she has had these 3 past years, as like she doesn't appreciate your business. She proceeded to ask: Have you ordered from here before? Seriously, 3 years and can not remember your customers, we've ordered my daughters contacts there as well as our glasses. I hope you have a better day!

Over priced. They quoted me $230.00 for replacement lenses. Lenses crafters did it for $150.00. The employee at eyeglass world acted annoyed I was there. Lenses crafters were very polite and helpful unlike eyeglass world. Don't waste your time go to lenses crafters.

My experience today at Eyeglass World was one of the best professional experiences I've had! I worked with Jenny today to get a new set of glasses. I cannot express enough the above and beyond service the Wichita location provided today! Jenny was patient in explaining the whole process to me, while also conversating with me like old friends. She made my experience smooth and seamless, and was even able to get me an impeccable price that met my budget. If you EVER need to get glasses, I highly recommend seeing Jenny in Eyeglass World in Wichita. They take customer service to a whole new level!

I walked in the door he said I'll be with you in a minute. I was there over 30 minutes had my glasses picked out but still no help. I walked out and the same guy was sitting at a computer at the front desk and said have a nice day. I said it would have been nice if someone could have helped me and walked out.

Jenny helped me pull up my insurance, pick out frames that compliment my features, as well as give me a better price compared to my eye doctor. We had a great conversation & the best part is it didn't take very long. Thank you Jenny! I definitely recommend her!!

Jenny was so amazing and so authentically her. Felt comfy telling my story on how I lost my glasses and she was even informational on the plans and deals. Had a good time!

Alex was so very helpful and very attentive to my eyeglass needs.He answered my every question with professional and knowledgeable attitude.I would give Alex a definite 10+ in customer service as well as employee of the month! Great job Alex!
