Eyemart Express

I have 5 family members that wear glasses (a lot of them picky girls). The older gentleman there was extremely knowledgeable, always patient and professional. They never try and upsell a product, just tailoring it to the specific needs of the person (like kids need something durable and looks great). The products are extremely good quality and reasonably priced (able to buy spares in the same cost as a single at most places). I would highly recommend them to anyone needed glasses.

I had an annual eye exam at my optometrists office and needed a new prescription. They have opticians in the building , but was told my insurance was not in network. The optician recommended I go to Eyemart Express. I visited the office on 21st and Maize. A young lady named Leia showed me where womens frames were and left me to browse on my own without being rushed. Upon choosing my frames, she explained everything I needed to know. She said with my insurance and the discounts she gave me, my frames and lenses didn't cost me anything out of pocket. She also explained eyewear care, which I appreciated. It was a pleasant experience, as this young lady is very knowledgeable and kind. My glasses weren't available that day, as I had anti-glare added, and was told it would be a few weeks. I actually received them a week early though. When I went to pick them up, another employee helped me to make sure I was satisfied with the fitting, as I was. I didn't need any adjustments. Sorry, I can't recall his name but he was a very nice man, also. He gave me advice on how to clean my glasses properly and then I purchased a bottle of cleaner for under $5. I was given a hard cover case to keep my glasses in and a micro fiber cloth for cleaning to use with the cleaner. I so enjoyed the experience and would recommend this store.

Britten has helped us order multiple pairs of glasses. We are so thankful for his willingness to help ship them and work with us from out of town! Very professional and caring. This location has a good variety of wide/larger men's frames. Highly recommend working with them.

This place is great! The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and gave me the costs up front, told me what my insurance covered. No hidden fees, just helped wirh everything, even when i struggled to decide which glasses suited me. I decided to go shopping to wait for my glasses, they were ready before I even started to shop! (About 10-15 mins) Great service! Highly recommend.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and there was a great turnaround time! They explained everything and the pros to different upgrades in detail but didn't pressure me to spend extra like a lot of places do. Made for an incredibly easy experience, and I love my new glasses!

Britton (sp?) was so helpful and kind! Educated me on how to wear and care for my first pair of glasses, ever. Once I had them picked out, I got a text saying they were ready 20 minutes later! Will definitely be back to this store for my next pair.

Great experience. I walked into the store and was greeted by an experienced young lady. Thanks to her, my purchase of new glasses went perfectly. I brought in my prescription for glasses, and in less than an hour, they were complete. After being fitted, I was more than excited to be able to see with clarity. We were in and out pretty quickly! Very professional and clean. A variety of choices. We were able to get 2 for the price of one without paying for lenses on 2nd pair. Same day glasses for non-complicated prescription. Will be going back for my set and for my other child.
